Honey Boo Boo and her family are going to play the Cake Boss family on Family Feud tonight and our favorite family from Georgia left Steve Harvey speechless.
Recently when I was on a conference call with Harvey, and I wanted to know more about their appearance on the show. The host said, “Well, I mean, the answers were stunning.” Then he elaborated with, “They give you honest answers of their life, but it’s stuff you can’t imagine. It’s just stuff that you can’t even think along those lines, like, one of the questions was, ‘Name something that you have to remind your children or tell your children not to pick at,’ and you know, your other siblings, the bully at school, your nose, you think these are the regular answers. Well, when I got over there to them, Honey Boo Boo’s momma’s answer to that question was ‘toe jam.’ Now, who the … has to ask their children not to pick at toe jam?”
This wasn’t the only thing that came out of their mouths that surprised him because he added, “it was really just some amazing answers they gave.” So to find out what one of a kind answers they give on the game show, check your local listings to see when Family Feud airs tonight in your area. I know I am ready holla!

Fresh Hoff of Bel-Air! |

Some guy named Matthijs Vlot took bits and pieces from David Hasselhoff’s two biggest shows, Baywatch and Knight Rider, to recreate the theme to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and what we got is Hoff the chain! So much so, I want the Michael Knight to release an album of TV Themes. Can you imagine him singing the opening songs to Friends, The Jeffersons and Laverne & Shirley to name a few. It would be Hoffrageous!

Sacha Baron Cohen pulls a Andy Kaufman |

Back in 1979, Andy Kaufman was performing at Carnegie Hall and he brought out Eleanor Cody Gould, the last surviving member of the dancing cowgirls from the movie The Forest Rangers. Well the brilliant comedian had the elderly actress do the dance she did in the movie, faster and faster, until she died right there on the stage of a heart attack.
Fast forward to this weekend, a comedian that wishes he was as much of a genius as the Taxi star, tried a similar stunt. Sacha Baron Cohen received the Charlie Chaplin Award For Excellence In Comedy at BAFTA LA and they brought only the oldest surviving actress to have worked with the Tramp. While imitating the walk that Chaplin had with his cane, Borat knocked Grace Collington off the stage and appeared to have killed her.
Just like Kaufman, it was just a big hoax and both actresses survived the bit. But unlike Kauffman it wasn’t as good.
So my advice to Cohen, stick to your own schtick.
In case you don’t remember Kaufman’s famous bit, you can watch it below:

Fox shared this behind the scenes image from tonight’s Sleepy Hollow that airs at 9p and I adored it so much I just had to share it with you.
It is moments like this one, why Sleepy Hollow is heads and shoulders above all the other new dramas this season. Seriously isn’t this your favorite new drama? I know it is mine!

GMA’s Amy Robach diagnosed with breast cancer after live mammogram |
November 11th, 2013 under TV News. [ Comments: none ]

Good Morning America’s Amy Robach reluctantly opted to get a mammogram live on the ABC morning news show a few weeks ago and because of that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She broke the news today on the show and she bravely shared her progress with us and her co-anchors. Since the diagnosis is new, she still doesn’t know where she stands but she said that she will be getting a double mastectomy. The rest will be decided when she knows more after the findings from the surgery. She is now ahead of the game because she got tested on the show.
That one life she saved by getting a mammogram live on the air was her own. You know what, I am sure she is saving many more lives by coming out with her diagnosis. So ladies if you doctor tells you to get a mammogram, run don’t walk to get it. A few minutes of uneasiness can lead to years more of your life to live.
MY prayers and thoughts are with Amy Robach.
