Tonight at 8p The Mob Doctor is back on Fox and it is an episode with a lot of heart. Grace’s (Jordana Spiro) patient desperately needs a new heart, but as soon as one becomes available an infection causes her to miss on it. So now she has days to find a new heart, but they just don’t drop out of the sky. That is until a prisoner contacts Grace and tells her he wants to die and give his heart to his daughter, her patient. The young woman wants nothing to do with her dad, and she especially doesn’t want his heart. But with her life on the line, will she change her mind? You will have to tune in for this heart wrenching episode to find out.
Then at 9p it is time for Bones and the highest pitch scream the show has ever experienced. A skinned woman is found in a recycle bin and now they have to figure out what and who killed her. But the bigger story is Sweets moves in with Bones and Booth and they just can’t rid him. Will that work out or will they be looking into his murder? You have to watch to find out. Make sure to watch it all the way until the end for a really cute ending!
Every year TV folk wonder which show is going to get the coveted post-Super Bowl slot and this year it is Elementary scores that goal! The freshman procedural stars Jonny Lee Miller as a modern day Sherlock Holmes and Lucy Liu plays his Watson. Currently it is the #2 new show of the year and I am sure after its special airing on February 3rd, it will become the #1 one.
Personally if I were running CBS, I would have a Two and a Half Men/Big Bang Theory crossover episode. I think that would’ve been a huger success because it already does so well in the ratings. Or maybe a NCIS/NCIS: Los Angeles crossover one because they are the top-rated scripted shows. I don’t know, I just don’t think Elementary is a good fit with the Super Bowl audience. Wyatt (Brandon Routh) is helping out Ali (Sophia Bush) when her fiance’ Joe (Dave Krumholtz) walks in on her saying goodbye to him and he gets jealous. Why would he be worried about her saying goodbye the his BFF/partner’s (Michael Urie) boyfriend? That because she kissed him on the lips and look at him. He might not be into girls, but she likes boys and he is one. When Joe confronts her about it, she denies that there is anything there? So she decides to prove him wrong by kiss kissing Wyatt. Was there really nothing between them? You will have to tune in to find out in the episode that will have you nonstop laughing!
