Bad Bunny’s bushes were people!
February 9th, 2026 under Super Bowl. [ Comments: none ]

“Hey, Mom, I am going to be part of Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show.”
“Really, son? I am so proud of you! You have worked so hard to get there.”
“Yes, I will be the third bush from the back in the middle row!”

Imagine having that conversation with your mom. Several children had that very discussion because the bushes we saw were actually people dressed as greenery!

And now the left shark can feel better about himself. I think?

Guy Fieri’s new look explained
January 26th, 2026 under Super Bowl. [ Comments: none ]

Last week, Guy Fieri debuted his salesman look for his 58th birthday. Today, we found out why he went from bad ass chef to nerdy 9-5er.

Fieri, as I suspected, did it for a Super Bowl commercial. Appliance maker Bosch hired him to be in their ad on February 8th, and gave him the look.

Why? That we will have to wait to find out.

But we did find out he was wearing a wig that he told People took two hours to put on.

Super Bowl XLI will be on Valentine’s Day
January 22nd, 2026 under Super Bowl. [ Comments: none ]

We have been so focused on this year’s Super Bowl that no one noticed that next year’s is going to be on Valentine’s Day.

So be prepared for many, many men who will have to make the impossible decision to choose between the two loves of their lives, sex and football.

If they choose football, they will not be scoring a touchdown with their lover until Super Bowl XLII. But if they choose their Valentine, they will be ridiculed by the men in their lives who don’t care about getting a first down.

Forget the commercials and the halftime show, this has me fucking excited for Super Bowl XLI!!!

Green Day is going to have the time of their lives at the Super Bowl
January 18th, 2026 under Green Day, Super Bowl. [ Comments: none ]

The Super Bowl is turning 60 this year at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, and the NFL wants to honor those MVPs who have played the game throughout the decades. So they are going to give them a show worthy of their accomplishments during the opening ceremony.

The National Football League asked Green Day, a hometown band from San Francisco, to play a medley of their hits to start the biggest game of the year. And they said, “We are super hyped to open Super Bowl 60 right in our backyard!” said Green Day lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong. “We are honored to welcome the MVPs who’ve shaped the game and open the night for fans all over the world. Let’s have fun! Let’s get loud!”

And please, oh please, may they sing American Idiot unedited to bash trump. And may NBC not bleep them for doing so!

They will be kicking things off at 3p on February 8th.

Bad Bunny hops to the Super Bowl Halftime Show
September 28th, 2025 under Bad Bunny, Super Bowl. [ Comments: 1 ]

There have been rumors that Adele and Taylor Swift were going to be this year’s performers at the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show. But those rumors turned out to be wrong.

Today, Apple Music, the NFL, and Roc Nation announced that they gave the toughest annual job in music to Bad Bunny.

Bad Bunny said, “What I’m feeling goes beyond myself. It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown… this is for my people, my culture, and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL.”

The singer is having a great year! He starred alongside Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore 2 and will be the first person to host this upcoming season of Saturday Night Live on October 4th. This is the cherry on top of a Super Bowl Sundae for him.

Super Bowl LX Halftime Show takes the field on February 8, 2026, on NBC at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Do you think they chose the right person to headline the halftime show?
