Brickleberry is Comedy Central’s newest and funniest cartoon and it is so risque it makes Family Guy look like it is rated G. In honor of the show’s success and the awesome “Brickleberry” E-Cards, I have a prize pack to giveaway for the show that airs Tuesdays at 10:30p on Comedy Central. All you have to do is email me the answer at [email protected] to “What network is Brickleberry on?” by October 23rd with your name and address! One winner will be chosen at random.
COMEDY CENTRAL has turned over the controls to its Facebook fans. The brand has rolled out its multiplatform marketing campaign for its new animated series “Brickleberry,†which features the release of segments of the premiere episode based on the number of Facebook “Likes†it receives on the show’s page. This innovative approach along with the release of additional exclusive content on Tumblr, Decksi Cards and custom “Brickleberry” E-Cards will engage COMEDY CENTRAL fans and encourage them to share content with their friends. Executive produced by Daniel Tosh and series Creators Waco O’Guin and Roger Black, “Brickleberry†airs on COMEDY CENTRAL Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.
“This innovative launch campaign taps into the savvy social media fan-base that propelled ‘Tosh.0’ into a multiplatform hit,” said Walter Levitt, Executive Vice President, Marketing at COMEDY CENTRAL. “Using platforms like Facebook, Tumblr and Decksi, COMEDY CENTRAL is giving our fans the tools to become brand ambassadors for this new series.”
The multiplatform marketing initiatives for “Brickleberry†include: Animated E-Cards
In keeping with the show’s “Nature is Filthy†theme, fans can create animated E-Cards to share with Facebook friends by selecting their preferred animal, sex position and dirty message. Once the E-Card is completed, it will appear on the selected friend’s Facebook Timeline along with a link to create and send one of their own. Also as an added bonus, the E-Cards include voiceover audio recorded by Daniel Tosh.
“Brickleberry” voice talent includes Kaitlin Olson (“It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphiaâ€) as “Ethel,†the smoking hot top ranger who is transferred to Brickleberry; Tom Kenny (“SpongeBob SquarePantsâ€) as “Woody,†the head ranger who has good intentions, but not always the best ideas; Dave Herman (“Futuramaâ€) as “Steve,†the overconfident Ranger of the Month; Jerry Minor (“Eastbound & Downâ€) as “Denzel,†the African American ranger who isn’t comfortable in the woods; Roger Black as “Connie,†the unusually strong and masculine female ranger, and Tosh as “Malloy,†the cuddly, yet vulgar and spoiled resident bear. Jim Sharp and Ian Friedman are the Executives in Charge of Production for COMEDY CENTRAL.
The Brickleberry Prize Pack includes:
A Brickleberry Backpack
A Brickleberry Rangers hat
A Brickleberry Canteen
A roll of Brickleberry toilet paper

Before everyone worshiped Mark Hamill for being Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, there was only one person worshiping him on The Partridge Family. How cute was the 19 year old in that 1971 episode?

Honey Boo Boo Child and Mama June are guests on Dr Drew’s HLN show tomorrow and Alana was so excited about being on his show she faked sleeping. Can anyone blame her because he puts me to sleep when I watch him which is why I don’t.
BTW I wonder if he tried to recruit her for the next edition of Celebrity Rehab? Go Go Juice is a drug, right?
Now that Steven Tyler has quit American Idol, I guess he had to find a second job. But this time he is not moonlighting in the music industry, he has taken a job working security at an airport. I am not sure how much safer the skies will be, but with him working as a TSA Agent I expect strip searches and mandatory frisks of women to sky rocket around him. If you think about it, it is the perfect job for him. I bet it would be the happiest he has been since he could have any woman he wanted back in the day.
Just imagine any time a woman walks by, he will be more than willing to say that she needs to be frisked by him because she might be a risk. He will say she made his alarm go off, translation he got an erection!
The CW has told one of their new shows what their future holds and for Arrow it is great news! The show’s star Stephen Amell broke the news by Tweeting, “Best way to start a Monday? Getting picked up for your back nine episodes. Thwick. #Arrow” The news comes as no surprise as the DC Comics adaptation kept most of its audience during its second week and I am sure it will only grow from here on out.
Arrow joins Fox’s Ben and Kate and The Mindy Project, and NBC’s Go On, Revolution and The New Normal as the first freshman shows the networks picked up for the season. CBS and ABC have yet to pick up any news shows, although CBS had the first cancelled show of the season.
Meanwhile over at Fox, they are singing the praises of The X Factor by renewing that show for a third season. No word which judges will be back, but I highly doubt Britney Spears will be returning to the show. Maybe they can get Lindsay Lohan to fill her seat.
UPDATE: Renewing shows isn’t only happening on broadcast TV, because Showtime renewed the Emmy winning Homeland for a third season.
