Not everyone is a fan of Susan Boyle’s big beautiful voice and her biggest naysayers are her neighbors. Her next door neighbors are so fed up with her singing that they took their complaint to the City Council. Her neighbors’ mum told The Sun, “It is so loud you can’t hear the telly. It’s unbearable. It’ll be on first thing in the morning or late at night and it’s absolutely blaring.†While most people would pay for that opportunity, seems these people would pay to silence her voice.
But there also seems to be more to the story, The Sun is reporting that the chart-topping singer had to call the police on the couple because they got in such a fight that she feared for their safety.
I guess you can say money doesn’t buy you good neighbors, especially if you don’t move.
Jared Leto took to Twitter to declare that he is not dead…sort of. The 30 Seconds to Mars singer said, “Yes, the rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated. How could I be dead if I’m not actually alive? XO”
I try not to post “Not Dead” stories, but his Tweet was so ingenious I had to share it with you.
Ernest Borgnine passed away today at the age of 95 according to KABC. He had a career that spanned over 60 years and so many films and TV shows that it exceeded his years in numbers. He was best known for starring in Marty, The Dirty Dozen, From Here to Eternity, McHale’s Navy, The Poseidon Adventure, The Single Guy, All Dogs Go To Heaven, Spongebob Square Pants and so many more that I can’t list them all here. So today watch one of his many roles and keep his beautiful and talented spirit alive. I know I will watch The Poseidon Adventure today for the millionth time today in his honor.
