Drop Dead Diva is back on Lifetime with a new season tonight at 9p, but not everyone is back for good. The season premiere takes place a few weeks after the finale and Jane is in Italy with Owen. Jay is still looking for his son and Kim is running the place. Stacy is missing both her BFF Jane and BF Fred, who both left her after she kissed Grayson. Grayson is about to figure something out that will change everything and someone will be back to say goodbye. Who will that person be? You will have to tune in to find out in the series that is as enjoyable and sweet as it always has been.
Drew Barrymore and her art dealer Will Kopelman tied the knot yesterday after being engaged for five months. According to People the two were married in a Jewish ceremony at her Montecito, Ca home. Hopefully the third time will be the charm for the expecting mother. Looking at their kiss after the nuptials, I think it will be.
Richard Dawson passed away yesterday at the age of 79. His son Gary posted this message on Facebook, “Dear Friends. It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my father passed away this evening from complications due to esophageal cancer. He was surrounded by his family. He was an amazing talent, a loving husband, a great dad, and a doting grandfather. He will be missed but always remembered…” We will always remember him for changing the face of game shows when he was the original host of Family Feud. We always remember the laughs we got watching him on Hogan’s Heroes. He will live on, so help him do so by watching him on either a game show or TV show. Smiling through the tears will help you remember his genius as it should be remembered.
Just weeks after Mrs McKluskey passed away from lung cancer on the series finale of Desperate Housewives, Kathryn Joosten who played her suffered the same fame yesterday at the age of 72 according to TV Line. Unlike most Hollywood stars she didn’t start acting until she was 42 and she left her mark on television with her roles on West Wing and Desperate Housewives. So today watch something that she has done and keep her feisty spirit alive.
Gotye announced that he releasing an album that will only be remixes of his hit Somebody I Used to Know, but there is one version of it that will not be on there and I am barking mad. The Pet Collective got two of their best singers to sing the song and it is better than the original. Dogtye featuring Katra are so good, I think they deserve a Grammy for CATegory it is eligible for.
