Jennifer Love Hewitt Tweeted the above video of her singing Adele’s Turning Tables and I forgot what a beautiful singing voice she really has. While she doesn’t sing like Adele does, I still absolutely adore her take on it.
Tonight on The Client List at 10p on Lifetime, you can hear her sing Before He Cheats.
Tonight at 10p NYC 22 debuts on CBS and you are going to want to get caught up with this arresting show.
NYC 22 follows six rookie police officers with different backgrounds working as beat cops in Harlem and they are going to mess up big time. Adam Goldberg plays Lazarus a reporter who lost his job and decides to become a cop a little later on in his life. Stark Sands is Kenny McLaren, a legacy in the NYC police force. Leelee Sobieski stars as Jennifer Perry, a pretty but tough cop. Judy Marte as Tonya Sanchez is a woman who watched her family get arrested by cops when she was a teen. Harold House Moore plays Jackpot, when he was growing up he hung out with the people he is now arresting, but he chose to do good with his life. Finally Tom Reed plays Ahmad Khan who immigrated from Afghanistan and decided to work as an in officer in NYC.
Each week they will walk the streets and try to fight crime as best as they can. These are real life scenarios that play out on the show and they are exhilarating to watch. I have to admit the show starts off slow during the first few two episodes, but it really starts to pick up in the third so did give up on it just yet.
Before NYC 22 begins its rookie season, Matthew Perry is back as Mike Kresteva on The Good Wife at 9p and he is so very good at being bad. Kresteva visits Alicia Florrick to tell her the results of their Blue Ribbon Hearing together, but he had an ulterior motive. He is running for governor and he claims that Alicia invited him to her office to get immunity for her husband. She never did, but he is so sleek there is nothing she can do. Will this stop her husband from running for the state’s top position? You will have to tune in to find out because at the end of the episode Peter Florrick makes his decision on whether or not he will run.
You are cordially invited to watch Undercover Bridesmaid on Hallmark at 8p and you won’t want to be late to this date.
Brooke Burns plays Tanya, one of the best bodyguards in the world and her latest assignment will be her toughest one yet. When the daughter of a very rich business man finds her life threatened weeks before wedding, Jim Thompson (Gregory Harrison) has no choice but to hire someone to protect her. Tanya is hired not only to protect Daisy (Nicole Paggi), but she also will be one of her bridesmaids so she can remain undercover. Something she doesn’t want to do because she hates weddings since her ex-finace’ left her at the alter. And Daisy’s wedding is the wedding to end all weddings, so Tanya will have to transform into this perfect bridesmaid even if it will kill her. Not only does Tanya have to deal with all the other perfect bridesmaid, she will have to deal with the advances of all the other groomsmen…one of whom will attract her attention as much as she does his.
Will Tanya be able to keep Daisy alive long enough to say I do? Will she find true love? And most importantly will she find out who wants the perfect bride dead? Say I do to this sweet romantic comedy tonight on Hallmark.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have had a very public relationship, but they were able to have a secret engagement. That was until a jeweler by the name of Robert Procop broke the news to The Hollywood Reporter that he designed an engagement ring with Brad to give to the mother of six children. For hours the world wondered if they were really engaged and then Brad’s manager confirmed the news by saying, “Yes, it’s confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time. Brad designed the ring.” Since no date is set, I am sure that the tabloids will be making locations and a date on when the two of them will finally tie the knot. And before they do finally settle down as a married couple, I am sure the tabs will say that Jennifer Aniston is coming between them, Jen will be rushing to the alter to beat them, Brangelina will be fighting over when, where, how the wedding will be and who should be at their big day and so on…
As happy as the world is that they are finally going to become Mr and Mrs, there are six very happy people that their mom and pop are finally going to make it legal. Congrats to Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne for finally getting your parents to do what we have wanted them to do for years.
