George Lopez is getting a divorce…does his wife get her kidney back?

George Lopez and his wife Ann are getting a divorce after 17 years of marriage according to TMZ. They added that they had been working on details of their split for a while, but have decided for an amicable divorce to protect their 15 year old daughter. There was no reason mentioned why the two are divorcing, but earlier in the year The National Enquirer reported that the TBS late night host had hired at least one hooker.
Back in 2005 the couple made news when Ann donated one her kidneys to her husband, so I have to wonder does she get it back in the divorce? Afterall she gets half of everything in California!

The Event gets so much better tonight!
September 27th, 2010 under Uncategorized. [ Comments: none ]

If you thought that last week’s episode of NBC’s The Event was excellent, that is nothing as compared to the awesomeness of tonight’s show at 9p. On tonight’s episode we learn what happened to the plane after disappeared in to the thin air, we also learn something that might be The Event either way it adds a whole new element to the show that will make you go wow. I could tell you more, but I really think you need to see it to believe it. What I will tell you is make sure to watch it all the way until the end because the last scene will leave your sitting on anxiously on the edge of seat wondering what will happen next. As shocking as this week’s cliffhanger is, it nothing as compared to next week’s but I’ll you about that in week…
There have been many comparisons of The Event to Lost and FlashForward and here is my comparison of the three shows. I think that the big difference between The Event and FlashForward is the NBC show makes the relationships tighter and not as many characters that really never go together and waste our time. When it comes to Lost, I think The Event actually answers the questions that it asks and doesn’t leave you hanging when the series ends. Now I will compare The Event to the show it replaced, I think it is as good as Heroes was its first year and that was a really good season of television.
So make sure to watch The Event tonight and every Monday at 9p for the most exciting show of the new season.
BTW before you watch The Event, make sure to watch the other event at 8p on NBC…Jeffster return to Chuck!!!

What is Zachary Levi doing to Greg Grunberg?
September 27th, 2010 under Greg Grunberg, Heroes, Zachary Levi. [ Comments: none ]

Zachary Levi and Greg Grunberg attended the The 2010 “Ultimate Slam PaddleJam” Celebrity Ping Pong Tournament yesterday and looks like the Chuck star had other ideas what to do with the paddle? I don’t know what is funnier, how hard he hit the Heroes star in the butt or the faces they made. I am going with the latter because their expressions were a$$ slapping funny.
BTW I wonder if Zach was taking out his anger on Greg because of what Seth Green did to him on Friday???

RIP Gloria Stuart
September 27th, 2010 under Obits. [ Comments: none ]

Actress Gloria Stuart passed away yesterday at the age of 100 according to The LA Times. Although she acted for over 60 years and was a founding member of SAG, she will be forever known for a role she played in 1997. That year she starred as the elder Rose in a little movie called Titanic and earned an Oscar nomination for the role making her the oldest person to ever be nominated for an Oscar.
So today remember an actress who had one of the longest careers in the business and watch Titanic or one of her many many many other films.
