So last week Glee’s mini-Idina Menzel aka Lea Michele (I recently learned that was her name) was at the Time 100 Gala and according to photographer Patrick McMullan she was a major diva to him. According to NY Mag, she was busy making out with her boyfriend (you can see the picture here) when the famed photographer started taking pictures of her. I guess because she is kind of new on the scene and she did just get bangs and she was sucking face with her boyfriend so he couldn’t see her face, he didn’t know who she was so he asked her. Here is what NY Mag said happened next…
Patrick McMullan: What’s your name?
Lea Michele: [Rolls eyes.] Sarah Palin.
Patrick McMullan: [Laughs.] No, really, tell me your name.
Lea Michele: Taylor Swift.
Patrick McMullan: Fuck you.
Fast forward to today, 5 days after the story broke, Lea Michele took to Twitter to apologize.

Made a silly joke that didn’t go over, so sorry. It was such an incredible night and I was beyond honored and thrilled to be there:)
Well if she keeps those unfunny jokes, not only will no one know who she is but no one will care.

10 Things I Hate About You is back for a second season and this time things are really heating up for Patrick and Kat. I attended a press day for the ABC Family Show and Lindsey Shaw aka Kat told us what she thinks about this season.
Lindsey told us there are a lot of evolutions going on between the characters. There will be lots of changes going on between the relationships, they will go from friendship to more to back to being friends. Plus the friendships will also be changing up from friends to enemies to back to being friends.
Lindsey also talked about her character Kat, the girl who fights for all the causes. She says she is a lot like Kat and likes to fight the good fight. She added that it is Kat’s approach that gets her in trouble. When it comes to her boyfriend bad boy Patrick, she said she thinks that they are perfect for each other. They have so much tension that they have to resolve it! And how much fun has it been to watch them try to resolve it. I can’t wait to see what is up next for them.
So when Lindsey was asked where she saw Kat 20 years from now. She said that she sees her on Capitol Hill doing something environmental because that is what she could see herself doing. I wonder if that is where we will see her 20 years from now, check back in two decades and I will let you know.
Sadly the show was not renewed by ABC Family, but with four episodes left maybe if enough of us watch they will reconsider. Seriously 10 Things is a fun show that reminds you what it was like to be in high school or how you want your high school years to be. So watch it tonight and for the next 3 Mondays at 8p and let’s tell ABC Family we want this show back!!!

Katie Holmes was seen with a red mark above her lip over the weekend. This is the third time we have seen her with such a sore, the first time was when she was when she was in the early stages of her pregnancy with Suri and the second time wound up be nothing with nothing. So now that we have seen it, do you think that the 4 year old is finally getting another sibling or that Katie needs to buy some cream to put on it? I am going with the latter! Although it would be nice if Tom Cruise and her expanded their family already!

Gwen Stefani took her two sons to a Superhero birthday party and I am not sure who had more fun Kingston and Zuma or their mom? I am going with Gwen over her nearly four year old and 20 month old sons, although Kingston’s smile is almost as huge as her’s! Seriously how awwwdorable are those pictures of the 3 Rossdales?
BTW gotta love a Rock Star mom who can still make time to go down the slide with her son! That is totally b!tching!
Mia Michaels took a season off from So You Think You Can Dance and when she returns to the Fox show she will be a full time judge. The Emmy winning choreographer is taking over for Mary Murphy, who has been a permanent fixture in that seat since season 2. So what happens to Miss Hot Tamale Train? A Fox source told me, “Mary was judging on the road and will also be choreographing this season.” While I will miss her on the judging table, I am excited to see her do what she does best and choreograph the contestants.
Now back to Mia, I think Nigel Lythgoe and Fox made a big mistake by adding her to the judging panel. Whenever she was in that seat she would either say stuff that didn’t make any sense, try to create a catch phrase or appear to hit on the dancers. I am sure by the second episode, I and other fans of the show will be sick of the nonsense she keeps telling the contestants. It is bad enough we are still stuck with Nigel Lythgoe trying to be Simon Cowell and Adam Shankman either kissing the choreographers’ dances or telling the contestants how he wants to cast them in Step Up 27. I think they should have stayed with Mary for at least one more season because we are already having to accept all the changes that they are making to the show.
This season we will only have a Top 10 as compared to a Top 20 and instead of the dancers dancing with other contestants they will be dancing with previous contestants in their own style. With those major changes, Mr Capped Teeth should have kept the judging table consistent. I mean he should look at his old show, American Idol as an example that people don’t like their judging line up to be messed with.
So am I the only one unhappy we are going to have to suffer through Mia’s gibberish, or are you excited to see what she will add as a full time judge when the show comes back on May 27th.
You know it might just be me, but I kind of lost my feeling for the show last season. I am not sure if it is because of the really short turn around, but the show I used to look forward to every summer might be gone from my DVR. Too many changes and not all of them are for the better.
