So today is practical joke day on the Today Show and it isn’t even my birthday April Fool’s Day. So Matt Lauer teamed up TV Guide Magazine to play a prank on his co-hosts. Al Roker, Ann Curry and Meredith Vieira were told they were going to be on the cover to TVGM, but what they didn’t know was that Matt hired a bunch of actors to make the experience beyond weird. I was hoping for once I would find the Today Show entertaining to watch, but I found myself nodding off while I was watching that clip. How do people wake up watching that show because it always puts me back to sleep. And to be honest so do all the other morning news shows.
So on Wednesday’s The Tonight Show Conan O’Brien brought in William Shatner to read some Tweets (see below video) from Levi Johnston. Well turns out the Tweets were from a fake Twitter account and Levi Johnston was very upset about the whole thing. So to make a mea culpa to Conan O’Brien brought The Shat to clean up the sh!t and read some verified quotes from Levi Johnston. Although they were not as good as the Tweets, it was still funny as all heck! And what was even funnier was Conan O’Brien’s apology to future Playboy of the Month Levi Johnston! I wonder what Shatner will read on tonight’s The Tonight Show on NBC at 11:35p.
Pajiba has some truly outrageous news, they are saying that Jem and the Holograms might be coming back as either a movie or a TV show. Fresh off of the success of GI Joe and Transformers, Universal and Hasbro are in the beginning stages of figuring out what to do with the awesome cartoon, but it is looking like in some way it will be back! Hopefully it will remain a cartoon because if they make it live action you know they will cast someone cheesy like Miley Cyrus in the role and Jem deserves better than that! I really hope they do it because it will be fun to see how thay modernize Jem!

Hmmm, I wonder what that is all about? ONTD thinks it could be that they are killed in the crash which could be a good guess, but seriously killing kids is bad TV. They also think that Patrick could be one of Lynette’s unborn twins, so does that mean she miscarries? Or could it be that the fan favorite that dies shows what life would’ve been like had they not died? Or could it be that Susan, Gaby and Lynette picture how their kids will grow up, but why would Gaby only picture one of her daughters? I am stumped and curious. What do you think the writers of Desperate Housewives have up their sleeves?
