Doug Savant and his TV wife Felicity Huffman were out last night supporting their Desperate Housewife's co-star's play How Cissy Grew. Doug brought his real-life wife of 9 years, Laura Leighton. Oh and that guy standing behind them is Desperate Housewife creator Marc Cherry.
Researchers have found that the 103 beats per minute in the song Staying Alive can help keep people alive according to NME. The recommended chest compression is 100 during CPR, so doing it Staying Alive can help a person do it properly.
The study by the University of Illinois College of Medicine saw doctors and students performing CPR on mannequins while listening to ‘Stayin’ Alive’. They were asked to time chest compressions with the beat. Then five weeks later, they did the same drill without the music, but were told to think of the song while doing compressions.
Wonder if that was what the Bee Gees were thinking when they came up with that song?
Sarah Palin and Mark Wahlberg both stopped by Saturday Night Live to take on the people who have been taking them on and the results is for the first time in a long time, SNL had 3 funny bits! I just wish we would’ve seen Tina Fey and Sarah Palin together and Sarah confronted her personally. I also wanted to see Mark Wahlberg hit Andy Samberg in her big beautiful nose!!! Maybe next time!!!
