I don't know why, but there are rumors about Michael Jackson that can still shock me. Just when I think they can't do that they do. Well Rush & Molloy have the one that did it to me today. According to them Michael Jackson is planning a 50 foot robot of himself in the Neveda dessert. Mike Luckman of Luckman Van Pier, said the robot will have "Laser beams would shoot out of it so it would be the first thing people flying would see. Neon is wonderful, but it's old school." I wonder who and how they are going to pay for this? I must use my blog title to describe this…Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Moviehole is reporting that Columbia is doing a movie based on the '70s sitcom Sanford and Son starring Bernie Mac and Nick Cannon. There are just so many things wrong with that. First Hollywood needs to stop turning sitcoms into movies, only The Brady Bunch movies have worked and the rest have all been painful, ie Bewitched and Dukes of Hazards and Starsky and Hutch and I Spy and … Then to cast both Bernie Mac and Nick Cannon. I have no problem with either one's acting just them acting in this movie. What is next Monique as Esther? I bet you Redd Foxx is rolling over in his grave on this one.
And they wonder why we don't go to the movies as much anymore???

|  Jeremy Piven has been banned from all Nobus according to Gatecrasher. Seems when Jeremy Piven was in Aspen to promote Entourage his entourage of 12 and him really upset Nobu. So much so he has been told never to return to any of the Nobus according to the manager in Aspen. This what is what someone told Gatecrasher about that night, "He came in with a large group of 12 or more without reservations and asked for a table. It was a very busy night, but a table, although cramped, was provided. On his way out, he made a nasty comment to the manager: 'Thanks for nothing.'" And to make matters worse "He left a DVD of the first year of 'Entourage' to one of the waiters. [An employee] ran up the stairs and hurled it at him as he was leaving." I can't say I blame the manager and waiter for their reactions, can you?
Piven's publicist responded with this, "I'm such a fan of Nobu and all of his restaurants. I had a great dinner at the Nobu in Aspen. As always, the meal was excellent and the service was great." Which I am not sure confirms or denies the night?

OK! So this wasn’t the spoof wasn’t that funny, but just wanted to post this because last year Saturday Night Live made fun of Taylor Hicks and he won American Idol…so just got me wondering if history will repeat itself and Sanjaya Malakar will win American Idol? Things that make you go hmmm….
