Seriously? OMG! WTF?

TMZ has learned R&B sensation Brandy was involved in a fatal accident last month, and it appears to be her fault. It happened at 10:30 AM on December 30, 2006 on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Brandy was driving her 2007 Land Rover at 65 mph and did not notice that cars in front of her had slowed considerably. We’re told Brandy’s vehicle struck a 2005 Toyota. The Toyota then hit a 1989 Toyota. The 2005 Toyota then slid sideways and hit the center divider. As the 2005 Toyota came to a halt, it was struck by a 1988 Acura. We’re told the driver of the 2005 Toyota was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in critical condition and she died. We’re told Brandy was not injured. The driver of the Acura suffered moderate injuries. Brandy was not arrested and there is no evidence drugs or alcohol were involved. Calls to Brandy’s reps have not yet been returned.

Sources tell Billboard.com a contract could be signed as soon as today for Live Nation to produce a 40-date amphitheatre tour by Van Halen this summer, with original frontman David Lee Roth back in the fold for the first time in more than 20 years. As previously reported, guitarist Eddie Van Halen’s 15-year-old son Wolfgang has stepped in for original bassist Michael Anthony in the new incarnation of the group, which also features drummer Alex Van Halen. "I see it absolutely as an inevitability," Roth told Billboard.com last May of a potential reunion with his ex-bandmates. "To me, it’s not rocket surgery. It’s very simple to put together. And as far as hurt feelings and water under the dam, like what’s-her-name says to what’s-her-name at the end of the movie ‘Chicago’ — ‘So what? It’s showbiz!’ So I definitely see it happening." Sammy Hagar recently told Billboard.com he was concerned Eddie Van Halen was asking too much of his son to have him join the band and promptly perform in front of thousands of people every night. "That’s a lot of pressure for Wolfie. Just ’cause he’s Eddie’s son doesn’t mean he can go out and play in arenas and perform and entertain an audience for two hours," he said. "I would love to see Eddie and Alex get behind Wolfie, with a kid of his age singing, and produce the record for him and help him launch a career. I’d rather see it go that way than come out and say ‘Wolfie’s the bass player in Van Halen and maybe singing, too.’ Van Halen’s got way too much history to have that put on him."

I would love to see them touring with David Lee Roth because the only time I saw them was with Hagar (and no offense to him) it is just not the same.

Naomi Campbell has quashed reports she has signed up to a witchcraft-like religion – insisting she was only linked to the faith by association. Last weekend, news reports claimed the supermodel was joining Brazil’s African-based Candomble faith, but Campbell is adamant she has no interest in switching her religious allegiances. She tells the New York Daily News: "I’m Church Of England. Protestant. I was christened that. "I went to a party for a guy whose birthday it was. I don’t discriminate against what religion people have. "That’s what he does, but it doesn’t mean I have to be involved in it."

Am I the only who missed the rumor that she was a witch? Could you imagine if she joined that religion? There would be cell phones magically hitting people for no reason. 

On Jan. 16, Lindsay Lohan entered an outpatient program at the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles, and she opened up to OK! exclusively about her brave decision. “I’m doing so great,” Lindsay, 20, told OK! the evening of Jan. 17. “I’m fine.
