Is Marilyn Manson dating an actress half his age? |

Rocker Marilyn Manson is romantically involved with 19-year-old actress Evan Rachel Wood, sources close to the situation tell PEOPLE. The sources say his relationship with the Thirteen actress was a factor in the Dec. 29 divorce filing by Dita Von Teese, 34, Manson’s wife of one year. "Dita is heartbroken, she didn’t see this coming," says a source close to the burlesque dancer and MAC cosmetics model. "His partying contributed to the split as well." Manson, 38, and Wood have been friends for some time. According to his official Web site, Manson first met Wood when he asked her to be in his upcoming horror film, Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll. In addition, she posed for a watercolor that he painted, and attended the opening of his new Hollywood art gallery, the Celebritarian Corporation Gallery of Fine Art, last Halloween. "It came as kind of a shock," Wood told Rolling Stone about being asked to pose. "I was beyond flattered." Manson, who is currently in Paris, was unavailable for comment. A rep for Wood would not confirm the relationship. A spokeswoman for Von Teese did not return calls for comment.

Shocking: Rosie not likely to renew with The View? |
| January 10th, 2007 under The View. [ Comments: none ]

Rosie O’Donnell — quite rightly, I believe — has had enough of Barbara Walters and "The View." I am told that she is not likely to renew her one-year contract when it ends in June and will leave the crazy talk show after boosting its ratings higher than ever. Sources say that Rosie feels that the backstage antics at "The View" "are completely dysfunctional." O’Donnell, who’s got plenty of money and lots of outside interests, simply doesn’t need to be there. I am told that her contract was for "one school year" and that ends in June. But ABC might feel differently, given that O’Donnell has made "The View" bigger than ever. It’s conceivable that the network brass will prevail — either buying out or retiring Walters and convincing O’Donnell to stay as the show’s moderator. Ironically, oddsmakers would have guessed that Elizabeth Hasselbeck, Rosie’s political and ideological opposite, would have been the one to cause O’Donnell the most pain at the show. But it turns out that Walters, the woman who chose O’Donnell for the job in the first place, surfaced as her backstage enemy. The tension between Walters and O’Donnell surfaced yesterday, first when Page Six reported that the pair had a fight about the Donald Trump-Miss USA saga just before the show went on air Monday morning. Then later yesterday, a letter from Trump to Rosie was leaked, in which Trump told O’Donnell that Walters, essentially, had betrayed her to Trump and acted disloyally. Whether or not this is completely true is irrelevant. But this — not the public façade she’s carefully crafted — is the Barbara Walters I’ve seen in action over the years. The first indication of this was seen earlier last year when she ditched the unpopular Star Jones in a most unceremonious and ungracious way. That should have been some indication to everyone that Walters was capable of just about anything as she struggled to preserve what’s left of her crumbling fiefdom at ABC. According to my sources, the Trump letter wasn’t the first piece of correspondence in this story. Walter apparently sent O’Donnell a letter over the Christmas holiday that wasn’t particularly supportive either. O’Donnell told friends she couldn’t believe Walters’ take on the situation. How this leaves "The View" for the rest of the TV season remains a mystery. O’Donnell isn’t going to quit, and Walters can’t fire her without ABC’s approval — and she won’t get it. The show is already lacking a fifth correspondent, and without O’Donnell — who replaced Meredith Vieira — it doesn’t have a marquee name as moderator. Of course, we’d love to hear what Joy Behar is saying off camera about all this.

Forgetting the whole Trump thing, did anyone really think she was going to renew with the show?

Britney Spear’s stylist speaks – Don’t blame me |

Britney Spears’ stock has fallen so far that her stylist reportedly is trying to distance herself from the singer. Britt Bardo, whose clients include the likes of Kate Hudson, Jennifer Lopez and Eva Mendes, was overheard telling folks that she’s not responsible for the look of the “Oops, I Did It Again” crooner, according to In Touch Weekly. “Yes, I’ve done Britney Spears, but don’t blame me, okay?” Bardo said, reports the mag. “I make her up and she just takes everything off and does her own thing.” Not long afterwards, Spears was spotted strutting at Shutters in Santa Monica in cowboy boots and a florescent bikini. The singer, who recently went through a panty-free spree, also parted ways with her publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, and her manager has admitted that she’s going through a “rocky moment.”

If she dresses this bad with a stylist, what she is going to dress like without one?

Drew Barrymore no longer has Mad Love for Fabrizio Moretti? |

Actress Drew Barrymore may be on the cover of the latest Harper’s Bazaar gushing about her boyfriend of five years, Fabrizio Moretti, 26, but Us Weekly has learned that the 31-year-old actress has ended her relationship with the Strokes drummer. “Drew said they needed time off,” a source close to the actress tells Us. Confirms a Moretti pal, “Fab is now living back in his old apartment.” The pair – who hooked up in April 2002 – seemed a good match on the surface, friends say. “Drew has always had a taste for subculture,” Barrymore pal Courtney Love tells Us. But they had suffered some rocky times. Tongues wagged when she skipped the February 2005 nuptials of Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas; months later, the duo got in a public tiff in Santa Monica, California. In fact, “she broke up with him twice before this,” says a Barrymore insider. At issue? Clashing personalities. “He’s younger, and she’s more worldly,” says a source of Barrymore. “He doesn’t like the Hollywood stuff. He doesn’t get her friends.” But don’t count them out just yet, adds the source. “This is exactly what happened last time they took a break.” After all, Barrymore couldn’t say enough about her man in the interview with February’s Bazaar. “Right now I’m in a phase of ‘I’m not even your girlfriend. I’m your best friend who is madly in love with you,’” she bubbled to the mag. “The longest I’ve ever been with someone was like two to three years, so I’m in uncharted waters. Right now I’m more into championing him as a human being than gushing love for him.” Maybe the actress will take her own advice and revamp their love life. “You need to reinvent your relationship if you want to continue being together,” she opined in the article.
Us Weekly
I never thought they would last 5 months, let alone 5 years.

WTF is HBO thinking giving Kanye West a reality show |

Rapper Kanye West will star in a reality series that HBO is developing with "Borat" director Larry Charles, sources said. The as-yet-untitled project is said to focus on a day in what is described as the crazy, hectic life of the Grammy-winning artist. HBO declined comment. West, a music producer-turned-rapper, has released two multiplatinum albums — 2004’s "The College Dropout" and 2005’s "Late Registration" — that yielded five Grammys. Charles, a veteran of "Seinfeld" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm," previously directed another musical icon, Bob Dylan, in the 2003 feature "Masked and Anonymous."
The Hollywood Reporter
This is my prediction for the show. He will p!ss off a lot of people by saying a lot of stupid things that he will have to apologize for when he finally does press for the show. I say finally because mid-way through the filming he pulls a Dave Chappelle and goes MIA.
