Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Jennifer Lopez’s family is reportedly worried about the star’s newfound friendship with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes because of the pair’s involvement with Scientology. Though Lopez has been pals with Scientologist Leah Remini for years, now that she has become friendly with Tom and Katie, she seems even more interested in the mysterious religion. Jennifer’s curiosity about Scientology is believed to be the reason that she and her husband Marc Anthony were invited to Tom and Katie’s ultra-exclusive Italian wedding last month. Jennifer’s family is very suspicious about the faith. Jennifer, who’s been a Catholic since birth, was told in no uncertain terms by her mother Lupe and other family members that exploring Scientology could backfire on her. They fear Scientology could damage her reputation," a source was quoted by the Bosh, as saying. The Lopez family is particularly skeptical about Jennifer’s involvement in Scientology because they believe that the group may be using her. The insider said, "Her mom told her that the Church of Scientology would love to have her as a member because they could use the publicity to recruit new followers."

Can you blame them? I mean what they are saying is so true because Scientology has recruited a good name since Kabbalah become the in thing in Hollywood! 

Penelope Ann Miller has joined Jessica Simpson in the cast of "Blonde Ambition," a loose remake of the 1988 film "Working Girl." Also cast in the film are Luke Wilson, Andy Dick, Rachael Leigh Cook and Jamie Kennedy. Scott Marshall ("Keeping Up with the Steins") is directing. Miller is playing the conniving boss of Simpson’s character, who is making her way through the corporate world. In the film, the roles were played, respectively, by Sigourney Weaver and Melanie Griffith. Sony Pictures is in talks to distribute the film, though whether it gets a theatrical release or goes straight to DVD has yet to be determined.

Funny part when I read that Penelope Ann Miller was cast as the boss I said to myself this movie is going straight to DVD. Then I read a little further and looks like it might. I just have a feeling this movie is so bad that it is just going to go straight to DVD,  don’t you?

Chris Klein, Jake Busey and Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst are starring in the dark comedy "Play Dead." Klein will play Ronnie Reno, a former TV action hero in dire need of a comeback. On his way back from a failed audition, he winds up snowbound in a remote Nevada town run by scary meth dealers, including Merle (Busey), and their henchman (Durst). When he finds the body of a dead FBI agent there, life imitates Reno’s art as he is forced to reunite with his former co-stars, including Devon (Michael Beach), to save himself and the terrorized townsfolk. The feature is written by director Jason Wiles and Shem Bitterman, whose 10-year-old daughter Annabelle will play one of the endangered residents.
