Sean Combs and girlfriend Kim Porter are the proud new parents of twin girls. "Diddy received an early Christmas gift! It gives us great joy to announce the arrival of Diddy’s twin girls," says Diddy’s rep Robert Zimmerman in a released statement. "The beautiful, healthy baby girls were born this morning with Diddy by mother, Kim Porter’s side. The first arrived at 7:56 AM weighing 5 pounds, followed 2 minutes later by the second at 5 pounds, 4 ozs. Diddy had a plane on stand by in Toronto where he is filming "Raisin in the Sun" and made it just in the nick of time for the delivery. Both Kim and the girls are doing great." Combs and Porter also have a nine-year-old son named Christian. The 37-year-old singer has another son, Justin, 12, from a previous relationship with celebrity stylist Misa Hylton-Brim.

VINCENT Gallo is no pal of PayPal. The online payment service abruptly cut ties with the actor-director because it didn’t want to be associated with him selling his sexual services and sperm through his Web site. "They are really fascists. They should breathe some death gas or something," the star of X-rated flick "Brown Bunny" told Page Six. For years, Gallo had used PayPal as an intermediary to collect payments from people ordering merchandise over vincentgallo.com, including clothing, posters, artwork and jewelry. But he says PayPal got squeamish at him offering himself to single women and lesbian couples for prices of $50,000-$200,000, and sperm samples for women who want to have his baby for $1 million. "For them to say they have some sort of moral regard for their clients is incredible – they’re a penny-pinching, conniving company," he fumed. Gallo says he’s switching to American Express, Visa and MasterCard, "just like all the good escort services use." A PayPal rep defended cutting off Gallo, saying he violated its "policy against facilitating meetings for sexually oriented activities."

Reigning Miss America Jennifer Berry carefully sidestepped the Miss USA controversy at a "Rocky Balboa" reception Tuesday night. But it wasn’t difficult to miss her point. While Berry and Miss America organizers are "choosing not to comment," Berry said the Tara Conner brouhaha has helped shed light on the differences between the two pageant programs. Miss USA is a for-profit enterprise owned by Donald Trump and NBC. Miss America is a nonprofit scholarship program. Trump announced Tuesday that he would give Conner a second chance, instead of dethroning her for inappropriate behavior, including underage drinking. Meanwhile, the schedule for next month’s Miss America contest (Jan. 26-29) at the Aladdin/Planet Hollywood is coming together. A key change: The finals have been moved from the traditional Saturday TV telecast to Monday in hopes of boosting ratings. Saturday has long been a ratings challenge.

To be featured during the third season of Speed TV’s Unique Whips, premiering Feb. 21, Pamela Anderson has asked that her personal Airstream trailer be tricked out with, among other things (one of which I am not at liberty to share, though I really, truly wish I could), a mirrored ceiling, white shag (how apropos) carpeting and a round vibrating bed. [Gasp] It’s round? "This thing will be off the chain," customization king Will Castro, of Long Island’s Unique Autosports, previews. "Pam gave us a lot of wild ideas, and she’s going to have a lot of fun showing off her new toy."

Don’t invite Nicole Richie and Hilary Duff to the same party. Duff has bad-mouthed Richie — who she thinks is a “skank,” according to Us Weekly. Joel Madden, who is dating reality show star Richie and who used to date the “Lizzie McGuire” star is apparently at the center of the friction. Madden and Duff split in November, and although Madden has been loyal to Richie, he keeps calling his ex, according to the mag, but she doesn’t return his calls. “[Duff] can’t believe he’s dating Nicole and thinks she’s a skank,” a source told Us, adding that when Duff heard about Richie’s arrest, “she asked if Nicole had been coming from Joel’s. … She kept saying she never knew Joel at all.”

Hilary needs to let him get that pent up sexual frustration out of his system and then he will want her back. That is if she wants him back? I personally think she should try dating guys her own age, but that is me…and I love Good Charlotte!
