Seriously? OMG! WTF?

TMZ has learned that Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI early Monday morning. She was booked at 4:50 AM today and was released 45 minutes ago. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5′1" and 85 lbs. A rep for Richie could not immediately be reached for comment. We’re told her SUV was spotted by two motorists going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The drivers called 911. When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone. Law enforcement officers tell TMZ Nicole Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot. A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol.

This is going to be a tough one for her to get out of, hopefully her father will finally get her the help she needs and stops saying she doesn’t have a problem. She only weighs 85 pounds…that is a problem.  

CURVY telly babe Billie Piper has launched an astonishing attack on Victoria Beckham for being too skinny. The former Doctor Who star claims stick-thin Posh is a lousy role model for star-struck young girls. Billie – who has battled anorexia – said she was "disgusted" at the example set by Posh and other Size Zero celebs. And she said curvy stars such as singer Shakira, 29, and Kelly Brook are much better role models. "Sniper" Billie, who has battled anorexia, rapped: "I think the whole Size Zero debate is disgusting. "Some models you see are tiny because that’s the way they were born. But then they’ll get the attention and that will start feeding a fire. "My sister, who is 13, looks amazing but is already worried about her figure. She loves Posh and I say: ‘Come on Ellie, she’s tiny. What’s wrong with Shakira? She’s sexy, curvy.’ But she has no interest." Billie’s own eating disorder was sparked when she was cruelly branded "fat" at the 1999 Brit Awards – and she is still terrified it could return. The last time she dramatically lost weight was after her split from husband Chris Evans, 40, in 2004. She told Glamour magazine: "It’s a constant worry to me – but it’s not a continual struggle any more. If it’s getting out of hand I get help but I’ve been all right for a couple of years now. "For me, the danger is when my life gets out of control. When I broke up with Chris I had it for a moment but I was able to nip it in the bud." Actress Kate Winslet, 31, also waded into the row yesterday by describing the skinny trend as "disturbing". She told BBC1’s Sunday AM: "There is an image of perfection that is getting thinner and thinner and it’s truly upsetting to me."

Ashton Kutcher hates attending fashion shows with wife Demi Moore because he is jealous of the male models. The ‘Butterfly Effect’ star accompanied his wife to a number of 2007 preview shows, including Marc Jacobs and Narciso Rodriguez, and the former model himself says his jealousy makes him feel violent. Ashton told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: "It’s my first instinct to beat them up because they’re better-looking than I am." The 28-year-old took detailed notes at the fashion shows in a bid to learn the right answer when Demi asks him, "How do I look?" But Ashton confessed it was a labour of love to stay interested. He said: "I was counting the seconds until I could go home and watch football." The ‘Punk’d’ presenter has previously spoken of his relief at becoming Demi’s husband as he hated being referred to as her "boy toy". Ashton – who is fifteen years younger than the ‘Charlie’s Angels’ star – said: "I’m proud to be the husband of Demi Moore and the stepfather of her three wonderful girls. "I hope the love that we share can resonate around the world so that someday I can hear its echo. Besides, ‘boy toy’ just never sat well with me."

Eddie Murphy shocked everyone when he claimed that the baby his ex-girlfriend Mel B is currently carrying was not his. He announced his split from the former Spice Girl on TV and at the same time insinuated that the baby was not even his. However, Murphy’s reasons have now come to light; after becoming convinced that Mel B was cheating on him he hired private detective to follow her around, they then saw Mel meeting up with a male friend in Los Angeles, a meeting that convinced Murphy she was cheating. Murphy is now demanding that Mel B’s baby have a DNA test as soon as it is born to determine the paternity of the child. A friend of Murphy’s told the News of the World: "Eddie had his suspicions that Mel was becoming close to a guy he knows. He was furious when he saw the pictures. "It does on the face of it seem spiteful to now doubt that he’s the father of the baby, but as far as he’s concerned he’s been humiliated too. He’s just evening the score."

She’s got her Oscar, and Renee is probably worried about questions concerning her two-minute marriage to Kenny Chesney. She had us at "Goodbye."

Who thinks Kenny Chesney got off lucky with a short marriage to her? Personally she has annoyed me since "Hello", and I never understand all the fuss about her. I also thought she did not have the chops for Chicago, but I think I am the only one.
