Heather Mills to do a TV Interview?
October 30th, 2006 under Paul McCartney/Heather Mills. [ Comments: none ]

Heather Mills is reportedly in negotiations to give an hour-long TV interview about her split from Sir Paul McCartney. The couple split in May after less than four years of marriage and daughter Beatrice together. Former model Mills has received a string of bad press since the couple’s split and recently announced plans to sue several newspapers over "false, damaging and immensely upsetting" stories over her impending divorce. In divorce papers recently obtained by the press, Mills accuses the former Beatle of physical and verbal abuse during their marriage. The Daily Express reports Mills believes a TV interview will show her side of her story to the public. Public Relations guru Max Clifford says, "At this stage she has nothing to lose. She’s losing the PR war and is right at the bottom with him at the top. "It seems that no one really believes her and if she can give a good performance – and I accentuate the word performance – then she has nothing to lose. So far it has not gone in her favour."

This will make her look worse than she already does! So I hope she does it!

What will Anna Nicole Smith do with Daniel’s body if she forced to leave the Bahamas?
October 30th, 2006 under Anna Nicole Smith. [ Comments: none ]

Will Anna Nicole Smith have to dig up her son’s body? The former reality show star recently buried her first-born, Daniel, in the Bahamas, where she has established residency — allegedly to avoid a U.S. paternity test on her newborn daughter. Now that it’s been revealed that Smith doesn’t actually own her house in the Bahamas and that her residency there is being challenged, a source tells The Scoop that she’s faced with the possibility that she’s going to have to exhume his body. “She waited as long as she did to bury him [39 days after her son died] because she was trying to figure out if she could get his body into the U.S.,” says a source. “Now that she might get booted out, the word is she’s going to take her son’s body with her.”

With all the money her and "committed" boyfriend have, why can’t they just buy a house making it ok to stay there?

Oxygen picks up Tori Spellings reality show
October 30th, 2006 under Aaron/Candy/Tori Spelling, TV Reality. [ Comments: none ]

Tori Spelling came up short in the Nielsens when she starred in a scripted series for VH1 based on her own life, so now she’s doing a full-fledged reality series for Oxygen. Still-untitled series will follow Spelling and her actor husband, Dean McDermott, as they choose a bed-and-breakfast in Southern California to buy and refurbish. Oxygen has commissioned World of Wonder Prods., headed by Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato, to produce six half-hour episodes, which will run in the spring. Bailey and Barbato will be co-exec producers with Spelling and McDermott. Spelling and McDermott "may be actors, but they’re also very entrepreneurial," said Barbato. "They want to create a real business." The cameras also will zero in on the couple’s other role as expectant parents; their baby is due in March. Oxygen’s plan, prexy of programming and marketing Deborah Beece said, is "for the intimate final episode to coincide with the baby’s birth."

That show just sounds beyond awful.

October 29th, 2006 under Better than..., Comedy Central, South Park, Steve Irwin, Unadmirable People. [ Comments: none ]

Andrew Sullivan (Bill Maher) and Daily Mail (South Park)

I have to go with Bill Maher is more offensive on this one because at least South Park admitted it was wrong…Bill Maher never would.
