A Las Vegas man is getting a rare second chance — and a shot at $500,000 or more — on ABC’s game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Dante Constable, a musician who was initially listed as being from Davie, Fla., was bumped off the show in May when it was ruled that he gave a wrong answer. Had he given the right answer, he would have received $250,000. Instead, he went home with $25,000. But the show’s producers discovered that his answer was correct after all, and he not only returns to the show Tuesday but was credited with the $250,000.

Wonder if he blows it on the next question?

Teenage actor Pablo Santos, who starred in the television series "Greetings from Tucson," died after a small plane in which he was riding crashed in Mexico, a hospital official said Saturday. The Piper Malibu crashed Friday just over a mile short of the runway as it was making its approach to the airport in Toluca, some 35 miles west of Mexico City, according to the Mexico State Security Agency. Six other people were hospitalized. Santos, 19, was taken to the Social Security Hospital, where he died Friday, hospital spokeswoman Irma Garcia Guardarrama said. Santos starred as the son of a Mexican-American family portrayed in "Greetings from Tucson," which ran on the WB network from 2002 to 2003. He had appeared in numerous episodes on other television programs, including "Boston Public," "Law & Order" and "American Family," as well as films such as "Sea of Dreams" and "Party Animalz." Born in Monterrey, Santos moved with his family to Los Angeles when he was 12. Officials were investigating the cause of the accident.

Diana Bianchi willing to testify in the Brinkley/Cook divorce case. |

The other woman in Christie Brinkley’s divorce feud may be laying low right now – but she’s ready to tell all. Diana Bianchi, 19, will spill the beans about her adulterous affair with the 52-year-old supermodel’s philandering husband, Peter Cook, if the divorce ends up in court, the teen’s lawyer said. "If she’s called to testify, she’ll testify truthfully," attorney Joseph Tacopina said. "She’s trying to stay under the radar and not have this be her badge of notoriety. It’s hard. She’s still young, and she’s trying to get on with her life. "[But] if it proceeds to litigation, I’m sure she’ll be perceived as a material witness." Bianchi claims Cook, 47, an architect, gave her a job and then seduced her. Her lawyer said she is refusing to rule out a sexual harassment claim against her former lover. "We’re still considering it," Tacopina said. "We’re considering all options." Cook is keen to avoid facing Bianchi or Brinkley in court. "We’re going to try to avoid court and try to settle the case," said his attorney, David Aronson.

She is smart to not wanting this to be her badge of notoriety, but too late.

Lindsay Lohan breaks her wrist |

Access Hollywood broke news Friday night that actress Lindsay Lohan was taken to St. Vincent’s hospital in New York, suffering a wrist injury. Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, confirmed to Access Saturday morning that Lohan had in fact fractured her wrist in two places after suffering a fall at the Milk Studios in New York, where she was for a Fashion Week week event. According to Sloane, while walking in an outdoor area in flat Channel boots, Lohan slipped. Her driver took her immediately to St. Vincent’s. Her mom drove in from Long Island to the hospital (and has been with her ever since). Sloane also tells Access Hollywood that "there’s a pending investigation," because Lohan claims that Milk Studios didn’t take adequate precautions to cover the slick ground. A message was left for Milk Studios for comment on Saturday, but Access Hollywood was so far been unable to receive comment. Sloane added that her client had been scheduled to go back to LA for movie meetings, and that her "lawyers are looking into" the situation because the accident may have affected her ability to work and attend some of the meetings.

Looks like she is going to sue them? And just gives her another reason not to wear underwear.
