 Don’t ever underestimate the power of Marisa Tomei’s smile. The famous grin not only lights up the big screen, but it also carries an uncanny influence over the NYPD.The "Anger Management" and "Someone Like You" star was pulled over in New York City over the weekend for not wearing her seat belt while driving through the Big Apple. Sources tell TMZ that Tomei gave one of her best performances yet, as she begged the officer to let her slide. Among her reported tactics; repeatedly batting her long luscious eyelashes and continuously flashing her pearly whites.Tomei’s flirt session worked like a charm! The officer fell for the act hook, line & sinker and allowed the actress to drive away with only a warning!

 Matthew Broderick suffered a broken collar bone after falling off a horse. The mishap occurred Sunday while the "Ferris Bueller" star was horseback riding at his holiday home in the UK. Broderick was treated at Sligo General Hospital Monday, accompanied by his wife, Sarah Jessica Parker. Broderick was treated and released. The actor’s publicist told TMZ "Matthew is in a little pain but is fine."

When it happened, we really weren’t sure. We thought we saw Mindy Kaling’s breast pop out of her dress during The Office’s acceptance speech… we alerted friends of ours on the West Coast to see if censors caught wind of said Indian nip… we thought surely Drudge would have a nipple-siren ablaze within the hour… and yet, it seems we were the only ones to catch Kaling’s wardrobe malfunction. It must be nice. There is a rumor circulating that, as Jay-Z jumps back into the recording fray with this new album/tour, he’ll be quitting his position as the president of Def Jam. Three years and he’s done, I heard. I’m not mad at that, because I’m anxious for a new Jigga LP. I heard he’s working hard between L.A. and N.Y. with Timbaland, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Dr. Dre and others for this monster project. The word is: November.
