Charlie still ordered to stay away from Denise |

The star of Two and a Half Men has been banned from one and two half women.Estranged spouses Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards agreed to an extension of a court-approved restraining order Thursday, barring the TV star from independently contacting or coming within 300 feet of his wife or the couple’s two daughters. Sheen retains his right to one supervised visit per week with the children. The extension came in lieu of a custody hearing originally scheduled to take place this week to determine which custody arrangement would best for two-year-old Sam and one-year-old Lola.Sheen has requested joint custody of the girls, while Richards, who filed a lengthy declaration in April alleging her husband was verbally and physically abusive, and has been hooked on prescription drugs, pornography and gambling, sought sole custody.Sheen denied the claims in a declaration of his own, calling them "false allegations" and accusing his wife of engaging in a "smear campaign."Thursday’s hearing has been postponed until Sept. 12,at which point Richards and Sheen are expected to come face to face. Up until now, the actors’ lawyers have been duking it out in court on behalf of their clients."I can’t say for sure, but there’s a strong likelihood," Richards’ lawyer, Neal R. Hersh, told City News Service of the possibility of the boldfaced names appearing in court this fall.In the meantime, the extended restraining order will be kept in effect for just a month longer, until Aug. 14.
E!
Two things! If I were Denise, I would go to the Emmys just so Charlie would not be able to attend. And September 12th is going to be a scorcher in LA if those two are in court together.

Beyoncé Knowles kept the recording of her upcoming album, B’Day, under very tights wraps – sealing its secrets even from her father and manager, Matthew Knowles. As the former Destiny’s Child tells Giant magazine, however, she had her personal reasons. "It took awhile for me and my dad to have an understanding," she says in excerpts from the interview on MTV.com. "When I turned 18 and started handling my business more, he went into shock. And we had our issues." Among them, she says, "I’d say ‘No’ to something, and he’d book it anyway. Then I’d have to do it because I’d look bad (if I didn’t)." Admitting she and her father "would fight sometimes," the singer says that it "took about two years, to when I was 20, for him to realize, ‘Oh, she is an adult now, and if she doesn’t wanna do something, I can’t make her do it.’ " Knowles, who’s usually mum about boyfriend Jay-Z, also comments about their relationship, saying, "It’s very easy. He’s so quick. And we respect each other. If I have any suggestions he respects it. If he has any suggestions, I respect it. It’s just, I don’t know, easy. And fun." Knowles will release B’day – her first solo album since her multi-platinum 2003 solo debut, Dangerously In Love – on her 25th birthday, Sept. 4. The new album’s first single, "Deja Vu," features Jay-Z.

Did Dave break-up with Carmen for Tommy Lee? |

Seriously they will do anything for ratings! If Rock Star: Supernova wants rating these rockers better act like the true rockers they are and toughen up on their critiques. Because when Paula Abdul is tougher on contestants than the Supernova panel is it is pretty sad. I shouldn’t say that is all their fault because two sources told me they were tougher during the taping than what was actually aired.

Geena Davis allegedly sacked her makeup artist because she didn’t like the bronzer she was using. The ‘Thelma and Louise’ actress kept Prince Albert of Monaco waiting for half an hour at the Monte Carlo TV festival, while she bickered with her makeup artist and demanded her face was completely redone. She was then further delayed when the zip on her dress got stuck.Geena’s spokesman Paul Bloch said: "She used two or three different makeup people, but that is normal. She had a problem with the zipper on her dress, which delayed her."But she and Prince Albert sat together. She’s never been treated better and had a terrific time at the festival."
