We have seen Mickey Mouse, Winnie-the-Pooh Bear, Hansel & Gretel, and the Grinch become killers in Horror movies. Later this year, they will be joined by seven fairytale Princesses and the Mad Hatter in Fairest of Them All.
The Mad Hatter has hunted down princesses from the fairytale lands; Ariel, Belle, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Snow White, Tinkerbell, and Sleeping Beauty and makes them fight in a Hunger Games-style death match. Who is the fairest of them all?
I can’t wait to watch this with my nieces as revenge for all the times they made me watch the Disney Princess movies every time I babysat.
Back to the movie. This is the latest childhood-destroying movie written by Harry Boxley. He also wrote: Jack & Jill 3, Mary Had a Little Lamb, The Madness of Humpty Dumpty, Cinderella’s Curse, Mouse of Horrors (Steamboat Willie), Piglet, and Popeye’s Revenge.
I don’t know if I should be proud or embarrassed that I have seen all of them but the last two because they just came out. My nieces will tell you the latter, which is why I am not allowed to pick the film on movie night. But I will somehow sneak this one in. Wish me luck.

The cast of Matlock, Kathy Bates, Skye P. Marshall, Jason Ritter, David Del Rio, and Leah Lewis are on The Jennifer Hudson Show tomorrow, and they share some secrets with the host.
Things like Ritter lost his ring on his wedding day, but he did find it. Lewis auditioned for The Voice when she was 15, but none of the judges turned around.
And then there is Bates. The legendary actress told a story about how somebody convinced her to get an “impossibly big” vibrator with lots of balls that she didn’t know how to use. She put it in her cloth purse and got on an elevator. Then it somehow turned on and made a buzzing sound. So, everyone knew what she had in her purse. And she says it was really embarrassing.
However, she was not too embarrassed to tell the audience, “Listen though. It is very good for your health. Seriously, it is great for your skin.” I can’t argue with her because she is correct! At least, that is what I tell myself when I look in the mirror and see my healthy skin.
Bates also addressed if she is retiring anytime soon. The 76-year-old says she is having too much fun working on Matlock with her castmates to retire. And we are having too much fun watching her.
Before Leighton Meester was living the wealthy life on Gossip Girl, she lived in a women’s shelter on Law & Order. She looks the same now as she did when she was 12 in that 1999 episode.
In 1989, every girl wanted to be serenaded by John Cusack with a boombox and have sex with him in a station wagon, but Lloyd Dobler only had eyes for Diane Court in Say Anything.
Did Cusack and his co-star, Ione Skye, have feelings for each other in real life? She told People that she sent a draft of her book to Cusack. After reading it, he texted her, “You made the experience sound so meh! It wasn’t ‘meh’ for me.”
“I was like, I’m telling a story, and it was more about how all of our chemistry was in our working together and stimulating each other’s minds, not sleeping together!” Skye added. “I felt a little bad, but, oh well.”
This is just one of the love affairs she talks about in her book. She also dated Anthony Keidis when she was 16 and had an abortion. While she was married to Horovitz, she had an affair with Jenny Shimizu when she realized that she was bisexual.
That was then, she has been married to Rocker Ben Lee since December 2008. They welcomed their only child together nine months later.
Those are her love affairs. I wonder if she will talk about her father, singer Donovan, who she has barely had any contact with in her life.
