Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey welcomed their second daughter, Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey, on October 12th. The betrothed couple each released their own statements about the newest addition to their family.

Philo’s parents started dating in early 2022 and welcomed her big sister, Matilda Carmine Richie, on March 30, 2023. They got engaged in August 2024, but as of now, they have not set a date for her third walk down the aisle.
