On Tuesday in the wee hours of the morning, Taylor Swift announced that she was releasing her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl. But she did not say when we could own it.

Today, she revealed that it will be released, get your calendars up on your phones, on October 3rd.

She also shared the titles of the 12 songs that will be on the record:

I really hope that Ruin the Friendship is about Blake Lively! Please! Please! Please! Oh, wait, that is a Sabrina Carpenter song. How lucky is the blonde girl from Girl Meets World to sing a duet with TayTay? And yes, I know she was the singer’s opening act on The Eras Tour.

Who do you think Cancelled is about? Donald Trump or Kanye West? And do you think Swift was named after Elizabeth Taylor?

I know she talked more about Showgirl on her boyfriend’s podcast, New Heights, but I didn’t listen to it. That is what my niece is for, and she couldn’t listen to it tonight because her mean teachers gave her homework on the first day of school.

On that note, my older niece is a Swiftie, the younger one is not as much. However, Taylor is releasing the album on the younger one’s birthday, and I rubbed that in the older one’s face. Now, in true Taylor fashion, she is writing a bitchy song about me. And that is why the younger one is my and Taylor’s favorite!

At 12:12 am, Taylor Swift announced that she is releasing her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl. At 12:57 am, Ryan Reynolds posted the above photo of an Anarchy A over the Avengers A with no comment.

So you have to wonder if the husband of the singer’s reportedly ex-best friend, Blake Lively, was trying to take the spotlight away from TayTay.

No one else from the Marvel Universe posted anything like that. So, why only him? And why at that time in the morning on the East Coast? To me, it feels like he wanted to take the attention away from Swift. Was it a form of petty revenge for supposedly breaking up with his wife over the It Ends With Us lawsuit in which Swift was named in? What do you think he was trying to do? Am I reading too much into something that isn’t there? I could be wrong. But doesn’t it seem like that?

Also, what do you think that image is all about? I am not a superhero girl, so I don’t know what it means. I asked my friends who are, and they didn’t know either. So I need your help!

And do we really care now that James Gunn has proven that the DC Universe is back, thanks to the success of Superman? I think Disney will have to reinvent the X-Men and Avengers characters if they want to compete because we are ushering in a whole new type of Superhero movies, which have over-saturated the box office.

Oh, and I am Team Taylor, even though Reynolds used to be on my To-Do list.

Did you hear high-pitched screaming at 12:12 this morning and wondered what it was all about? It was Swifties showing their excitement when she announced in a promo for her appearance on her boyfriend Jason Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, that she is releasing her 12th studio album.

That’s right. This Fall, we are getting The Life of a Showgirl. And you can preorder the vinyl, cassette (Who still listens to cassettes?), or a CD with a poster now.

And that is all we know. I am sure between now and the release, we will more…a lot more. And my niece will be more than happy to share it with me. As I am sure you know the young girls in your life will do the same.

Madame Tussauds

Taylor Swift is such a global sensation that Madame Tussauds is launching 13 new wax figures in 13 cities on four continents in her honor tomorrow. The 13 museums are Amsterdam, Berlin, Blackpool, Budapest, Hollywood, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, London, Nashville, New York, Orlando, Sydney, and Shanghai.

Danielle Cullen, Madame Tussauds’ Senior Figure Stylist said: “This is the most ambitious project in Madame Tussauds’ 250-year history which only feels right to reflect the stratospheric status of Taylor Swift. We’re honoured to have worked closely with fashion houses like Roberto Cavalli, Vivienne Westwood, Versace, Christian Louboutin, Alberta Ferretti and Etro to recreate some of the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour’s most iconic looks – many of which will have special significance to the cities the 13 new figures will call home. It feels a fitting celebration to give Swifties the chance to commemorate moments from this once-in-a-generation tour in a way that only Madame Tussauds can.”

Taylor has the most wax figures launched on the same day. The previous holders were Lady Gaga at eight, and Harry Styles was less than that.

On Saturday, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce attended his cousin’s wedding in Tennessee.

However, the couple was also invited to Chicago Bears player Cole Kmet’s wedding on that same day. Even though they didn’t attend Kmet’s party planner, elliestyled, posted a video showing their place card at table 13.

It is not the place card that was the problem; it was that it was made out to Taylor and Travis Kelce. Thus, people are now wondering if the couple who have been together for two years are married.

I don’t think they are. I think it was a mistake by whoever made the place card. They just assumed they are married or just did that because he wrote that Taylor, with no last name, would be his plus one.
