| Alyssa Milano/Instagram Four years ago, Alyssa Milano announced that she was working on a sequel to Who’s the Boss with her television father, Tony Danza.
Since then, she has said they have a good script and were hoping Amazon Freevee would pick it up.
Yesterday, it was revealed that the streaming service passed on the swries, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
There is no word if they will be shopping it around. But if there was not much interest the first go around, there will be even less now.

A mini-Taxi reunion |

Tony Danza brought his lounge act to his hometown of New York City last week, and some of his ex-coworkers from the Sunshine Cab Company stopped by to see him.
Even though it has been 45 years since Christopher Lloyd started working with Judd Hirsch and the Boss on Taxi, they are still just as close. Look at how happy they are to be hanging out again, and talk about the good times, new and old.
Since Taxi is my favorite show, I just adore how close they all are after all of this time! It says a lot about what it must’ve been like to work on the sitcom. More fun than anyone can imagine at work!

Who’s the Boss’ Micelli’s reunite! |

In 1984, Tony Danza started playing Alyssa Milano’s dad on Who’s the Boss. Even though it has been 40 years since their sitcom debuted, they are still as close as ever.
Last week, the actress went to see her “Forever TV Dad: do his lounge act, and now the actor can’t wait to see his “Forever TV Daughter” in Chicago on Broadway.
They might not actually be father and daughter, but they sure as hell act like they are! That is the unique thing that comes out of some shows. And I love seeing it happen.

Hey Christopher Lloyd and Tony Danza, Taxis look a lot different in 2023! |

Christopher Lloyd and Tony Danza reunited at FanX Salt Lake City, and they went for a ride.
Back in the ’70s, Tony and Reverend Jim drove taxis. But in 2023, they get around in style because their wheels are a Delorean.
If only they could travel back in time and save Taxi. But if they did, then Back to the Future would fade away like Michael J. Fox did in the first movie…

A mini-Taxi reunion |
| August 3rd, 2023 under Danny DeVito, Taxi. [ Comments: none ]

It has been 41 years since Taxi ended its run, but the cast still likes hanging out with one another. Case in point Carole Kane, Danny DeVito, and Tony Danza got together to see their friend Rhea Perlman in her Off-Broadway show Let’s Call Her Patty.
I have a theory that the reason why some series last in syndication for so long, like Taxi, is because the cast sincerely gets along. The viewers can feel their chemistry, and that is why we enjoy watching. And that is why we are still watching their sitcom after all of these decades. That, and because it was absolutely brilliant and hilarious.
