Taco Bell changes up the Mexican Pizza |

The Taco Bell Mexican Pizza has been around since 1985, and, aside from a 1988 name change from Pizzazz Pizza and a two-year hiatus starting in 2020, it has remained the same.
However, that is going to change next week. The Mexican fast food restaurant is adding Cantina Chicken to the menu item.
“The Mexican Pizza is iconic for a reason. It’s that perfect layering of crispy, saucy, cheesy nostalgia that fans have loved for years, so we didn’t want to reinvent it, we wanted to build on it,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer. “And because we know our fans are serious about sauce, we made sure the Jalapeño Citrus Salsa brings the extra spark that complements the Cantina menu.”
This is the first special Mexican Pizza to be revealed. There will be more special editions coming in the future.
Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza will be available for $6.49 on their app starting on May 19th, and to the general public two days after that.

Taco Bell gets into the chicken nuggets business |

Chicken nuggets are available at fast food chicken restaurants and burger joints. On December 19th, they will also be available at Taco Bell.
However, they won’t be like those other places. Taco Bell’s Crispy Chicken Nuggets use crunchy tortilla chips for breading.
“As the inventors of Nacho Fries, Taco Bell is fully aware that reinventing an American classic with a Taco Bell twist is a responsibility we don’t take lightly. But in a world dominated by chicken cravings, it was time to show the world how Taco Bell does chicken nuggets – unexpected and undeniably bold,” said Taco Bell’s Chief Marketing Officer, Taylor Montgomery. “The Crispy Chicken Nuggets deliver a crispier, more flavorful nugget experience, and combined with the Hidden Valley™ Fire Ranch Sauce, we hope it will test people’s devotion to their favorite nuggets.”
What are chicken nuggets without dipping sauce? So, we can choose from three different sauces.
- Hidden Valley™ Fire Ranch Sauce: Taco Bell’s first-ever ranch partnership which blends two iconic flavors: Taco Bell Fire Sauce and Hidden Valley Ranch.
- Bell Sauce: The all-new Bell Sauce offers a familiar, rich, creamy and tangy signature blend with subtle chili notes crafted with tomatoes, red chiles, and garlic.
- Jalapeño Honey Mustard: Rounding out the trio is the Jalapeño Honey Mustard that fuses sweet and heat, featuring honey mustard with a kick of jalapeño.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Taco Bell on the new Hidden Valley™ Fire Ranch Sauce, combining the bold flavors of Hidden Valley Ranch with Taco Bell’s signature heat” said CC Ciafone, Marketing Director at Hidden Valley Ranch. “Ranch and chicken nuggets are an iconic pairing, so it just made sense to create a ranch perfectly designed for Taco Bell’s unique twist on nuggets.”
I can’t wait to twist Taco Bell’s nuggets in those sauces. Christmas is coming early for me! And you can gift me $3.99 to buy 5-piece nuggests.

Taco Bell has teamed up with Doritos to make their tacos taste different from everyone else’s, and now they are working with another company.
The taco restaurant is adding three Cheez-It items to their menus:
- Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme ($5.49**): Like its original counterpart, this Crunchwrap Supreme includes seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, cool reduced-fat sour cream and diced tomatoes, but the typical tostada shell is replaced with a Big Cheez-It cracker before being wrapped inside a tortilla that’s grilled to go.
- Big Cheez-It Tostada ($3.99**): The Big Cheez-It Tostada features the Big Cheez-It cracker topped with layers of Taco Bell’s seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, crisp lettuce, shredded cheese and cool reduced-fat sour cream.
- Big Cheez-It Box ($8.99**): This box includes the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, regular sized Nacho Fries with Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium fountain drink.
“This collaboration isn’t just about bringing together two iconic brands; it’s about taking the spirit of fan innovation to create something truly larger than life,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer. “We’re thrilled to launch this exciting partnership nationwide and offer fans a whole new way to experience the classic cheesy and crunchy flavors they love from Taco Bell and Cheez-It.”
Does this sound like something you need to get your mouth on? Don’t wait too long because they are available starting today for a limited time.

Taco Bell turns back the clock to Y2K with Paris Hilton |

Remember during the turn of the century; we were all watching Paris Hilton and Nicolle Richie on The Simple Life while eating from Taco Bell’s Volcano menu and exclaiming, “That’s hot”?
Well, Taco Bell is combining those things! How? They got Paris Hilton to promote that the Volcano menu is back because the fans have been asking for it.
What’s included in the menu? The Volcano Taco holds seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, a three-cheese blend, and, of course, Lava sauce in an iconic fiery red Volcano crunchy taco shell for $2.49. The Double Beef Volcano Burrito wraps seasoned rice, seasoned beef, a three-cheese blend, reduced fat sour cream, crunchy Fiesta tortilla strips, and Lava sauce in a warm flour tortilla for $3.99. If those items don’t tempt you, then you can add the Lava sauce to any item for $1 more.
And then, after you eat it, and your butt makes like a volcano on the toilet, you scream out, “That’s hot!” But you won’t be screaming it in the same way as Hilton.
The Volcano menu is available exclusively to the app and DoorDash users from June 29th-July 5th. Then it is a free for all. Well, not free, but you know what I mean.

Taco Bell brings back the Enchirito |

Taco Bell is making its fans happy because they are bringing back the Enchirito. However, it is only for a limited time.
The Enchirito was introduced in 1970 and pulled from the menu in 2013. Since then, fans have been wanting it back. So last year, when the Mexican fast food giant asked which item they should bring back, the hungry fans said the Enchirito.
If you are not familiar with it, it is seasoned beef, refried beans, and onions wrapped inside a warm flour tortilla that is covered with cheddar cheese and red sauce.
So if you want one, don’t run to the border; run to Taco Bell, which will make you run for the border.
