So after another stupid elimination So You Think You Can Dance will be back in two weeks with a guest judge from Hairspray. The Hairspray blog is saying that Adam Shankman will be a guest judge on July 11th! Hopefully he will be better than Debbie Allen who only said that all the dancers were wonderful and offered the worst one a scholarship to her Dance Academy. Remember the amazing dance that Benjelle did to You Can't Stop the Beat, let's hope they recreate it again on the 11th with a Hairspray theme night?

How cool was it to see Shane Sparks, Mia Michaels, Brian Friedman and Wade Robson dance together! I just wish they would have gotten the other 2 So You Think You Can Dance judges to dance with them. I mean how could would it be to see Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy do there thing with them? I want to see if Nigel is as good as he thinks he is???
I can't wait to see them dance tonight on So You Think You Can Dance on Fox at 8p tonight because we really didn't get a feel for their dancing during the auditions.
What an amazing story and what an amazing attitude he has! G-d bless him! To come back as strong as he has is just so admirable. You though Heather Mills was special with her artificial leg, that is nothing compared to Quincy who is doing it with just a metal limb. You go Quincy!

For those of you who did not see the show, what Shane Sparks said was below the belt and I am glad he apologized for what he said. I could not find the video of what he said, but I found the video of her performing. She is the second dancer on that clip. All 3 Judges bashed her dancing and when she told them that she paid $1,400 to dance in front of agents who told her she was good Nigel said pay him $1,400 and he would tell her would she was good. But it did stop there…Shane said to her something along the lines of she was not the type they needed for the show. She asked “What is my type?” He said something like “slightly overweight girls who can’t dance.” That was low, and yet she handled it well. Granted she also said in the post-interview, I am good at whatever I do whether it is acting, modeling, whatever. I will opt not to comment on that one.
