I can only say thank you to all those who have sent such touching letters, well wishes and prayers. i am very devestated and very much heartbroken over the demise of my marriage and for the upset of my family….I wanted nothing more to overcome the challenges we faced but failed. i truly believe that everything happens for a reason and i have complete faith in the heavens….i can honestly say i have been truly blessed with great family and friends and of course my children who are the main focus of my concern. I still very much believe in the power of love…i look back with no regrets and feel blessed for my experience and look forward with an open mind….i am very sad but it is remarkable to see the outpouring of support i have been offered…again thank you for all your letters and kind words. in this time please know i do read your letters but i am sorry if i cant respond.

Drummer Travis Barker has filed for divorce from his wife and Meet the Barkers costar Shanna Moakler, PEOPLE has learned exclusively. "I can confirm that Travis filed this morning," Barker’s rep, Dvora Vener, tells PEOPLE. Through her publicist, Moakler tells PEOPLE, "My only concern right now is for the welfare and best interests of my children." Barker, 30, plays drums for the band the Transplants as well as for blink-182, which is on indefinite hiatus. Moakler, 31, is a former Miss USA who has appeared in films including Big Momma’s House 2 and Pauly Shore is Dead.

TMZ has learned that retired NFL running back Emmitt Smith and former child star Joey Lawrence are the latest "stars" to jump aboard the ABC groove train and will shake their moneymakers on the TV juggernaut this fall. While ABC won’t confirm the final roster, Vivica A. Fox has gone on record saying she has already been cast. And rumors have swirled that former "Saved by the Bell" star Mario Lopez and Mr. Lisa Rinna himself, Harry Hamlin, will also be on hand to Cha Cha Cha into America’s living rooms. BLINK-182 bassist MARK HOPPUS has backed TOM DELONGE’s recent speculation the punk trio will never reform by revealing details of his new band. The rocker’s new project, featuring former bandmate TRAVIS BARKER on drums, is called PLUS 44 and a debut album is tentatively scheduled for October (06). Of the new record Hoppus says, "At first we had the idea that it would have a lot of electronic influences. "But then we bought this studio and after we moved the band into here, the whole vibe changed. There’s all kinds of stuff going on."
