We know that Only Murders in the Building is shifting focus for season three. They are leaving the building and heading down the Great White Way. If you are going to Broadway, you are going to need some big stars, and they have them.
We knew that Selena Gomez and Steve Martin Short were going to be joined by Paul Rudd on the Hulu comedy. And today, we learned who will be sharing the spotlight with them. That person is the legendary Meryl Streep!
If Only Murders doesn’t sweep the award shows next year, then those voters need to be taught what funny is. Sorry Abbott Elementary and Ted Lasso, but they Streeped you!
Selena Gomez was going to be a guest on The Tonight Show tonight, but she is can cancelling on Jimmy Fallon.
Why did she cancel? She caught the COVID. The actress says she is feeling OK and wants to remind us to get our booster shots. She was supposed to get her shot, but then she got coronavirus.
Hopefully, she will feel better soon and gets a do so we can get an update on Only Murders in the Building season 3.
Selena Gomez has been getting a lot of praise, as she should, for her role as Mabel in Only Murders in the Building. Therefore, she is being considered for more adult roles.
One of those roles she is in final negotiations for is the reboot of Working Girl, according to Deadline. A role that earned Melanie Griffith an Oscar nomination. Plus, Sandra Bullock starred as that character in the TV version of the 1988 movie. So, you could understand why she would jump at the opportunity.
Personally, I never thought the movie was all that great. But, I am one of the few because it was one of the biggest films of the ’80s.
Hulu finally released the first full trailer for the second season of Only Murders in the Building, and there are plenty of gasp-worthy moments for the series that stars Stever Martin Short and Selena Gomez.
Which moment made you gasp the loudest? And how excited are you for the program being back in two weeks?
What can we expect in 14 days? Following the shocking death of Arconia Board President Bunny Folger, Charles, Oliver & Mabel race to unmask her killer. However, three (unfortunate) complications ensue – the trio is publicly implicated in Bunny’s homicide, they are now the subjects of a competing podcast, and they have to deal with a bunch of New York neighbors who all think they committed murder.
Who do you think did it? I am not even going to try to guess because I was completely off during the first season?
