Selena Gomez will be back solving crimes with Steve Martin Short in Only Murders in the Building on September 9th. But until then (and after), she can be seen at Madame Tussauds in Orlando.
The wax museum recently debuted her newest figure. Her life-size candle is wearing the sexy, red beaded dress she wore to the 2023 MTV VMAs.
What do you think of her wax copy? To be honest, I usually love how spot on they are. However, this time, I had to read the caption to confirm it is the singer.
I can’t put a finger on it, but it looks like this season of Only Murders in the Building is going to be a hoot for Selena Gomez, Steve Martin Short, and more importantly, us.
After their beloved doorman, Lester, dies under suspicious circumstances, Charles, Oliver, and Mabel refuse to believe it was an accident. Their investigation plunges them into the shadowy corners of New York and beyond – where the trio uncovers a dangerous web of secrets connecting powerful billionaires, old-school mobsters, and the mysterious residents of the Arconia. The trio discovers a deeper divide between their storied city, which they thought they knew, and the new New York evolving around them – one where the old mob fights to hold on as newer, even more dangerous players emerge.
Are the dangerous players, who emerge, the ones they are talking about the new guest cast, or their characters? We will find out on September 9th when the first three episodes drop on Hulu.
It is time to solve for Steve Martin Short and Selena Gomez another suspicious death on Only Murders in the Building, and today, Hulu revealed when the trio will be back to investigate it.

Bobby Cannavale, Renée Zellweger, Logan Lerman, Christoph Waltz, Téa Leoni, Keegan-Michael Key, Beanie Feldstein, Dianne Wiest, and Jermaine Fowler join the cast this season.
Season 5 debuts on 9/9 with three new episodes, then one new episode will drop every week after that until the season finale.
Meryl Streep joined Only Murders in the Building for season 3. And Selena Gomez was enamored by and in awe to be working with the legendary actress.
That was then. Now, Gomez is treating her like everyone else on the set who doesn’t have Martin in their name.
Case in point. The two filmed a little video on the set for the new season, and Gomez told her, “So you’re coming back for season 5.”
The Oscar winner responded with, “Well, I think it depends on.”
Gomez interrupted her with, “No. No. No. That was not a question.”
With that, Streep gave her co-star a look as though she was Goldie Hawn in Death Becomes Her.
I guess success has gotten to Selena’s head.
Actually, what got to her head is working with comedic icons Steve Martin Short who have worked with her on her comedy skills. And now she can play the big names like Streep.
What do Selena Gomez and Post Malone have in common? They both have their own Oreo cookies. While Post’s has come and gone, Selena’s is coming on June 2nd.
“Making my own OREO cookie was a lot of fun. I grew up loving them, so being able to be a part of the process was a full-circle moment,” said Selena Gomez. “I wanted to find a way for it to feel comforting and have a bit of nostalgia from my childhood. The cinnamon flavor gives it this horchata feel, and I’m excited for my fans to try it.”
The actress’ cookie features a layer of chocolate and cinnamon flavor creme sandwiched between two chocolate cinnamon flavored wafers.
The outer cookie will come with six unique embossments, designed by the star of Only Murders in the Building. One wafer spells out Selenators, while another features her signature, and it is an Oreo first. The latter is found in approximately every three packs.
Oreo is making a donation to the Rare Impact Fund. Founded by Selena in 2020, the Rare Impact Fund focuses on increasing access to mental health services and education for young people around the world.
Selena’s Oreo is only available for a limited time.
