Back in 1998, when Will & Grace aired the first time, Will (Eric McComrack) and Jack (Sean Hayes) were the young hot guys at the club that all the old men wanted to date. Now almost 20 years later, they are the hawks looking at those chicken to chow down on.
Tonight at 9p on Will & Grace, the two men realize dating is a whole lot different and touger to do now and that is not the only thing that is different. Will is the hottie and Jack is the nottie. While Will lands a date with a 23-year-old Ben Platt, Jack has a date with Karen who is going to transform her old friend into a hot young stud. It is a painful process for him and a funny one for us.
Now that our two male leads are on their dates, we get to see how much has changed not only for their characters, but more importantly for Gay rights.
Also tonight Grace (Debra Messing) and Karen (Megan Mullally) get into a fight that you do not want to miss. One that has to be one of the funnest moments for them ever to film on the recently revived sitcom.
While Will & Grace & Jake & Karen are getting older, the revival is getting younger. If you did not know that there was an 11 year hiatus between the last go around and this one, you would never know because it is as though no time has passed between them. The new episodes are just as funny as the older ones if not better. Thus you do not want to miss a single second of this sitcom tonight or any other Thursday night.
We are three days away from the series premiere of the Will & Grace revival and it looks like not everyone in the cast is getting along. Even though, Sean Hayes and Eric McCormack play best friends on the NBC sitcom, it looks like a completely different story when the cameras are not rolling.
Does that mean that Will and Jack had a falling out? I guess we will have to tune in starting this Thursday to find out. But I think we already know that these two actors are just having some fun with each other. Even though, their expressions seem real. I guess that is why they call it acting.
BTW I just started binging the original run this weekend and I am surprised by how much I love it. Why didn’t anyone tell me how great this show is when it originally aired?
As we know there are no lyrics to Will & Grace’s theme song, but Jimmy Fallon changed that on The Tonight Show yesterday. He had Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes sing the words he wrote for them. They are so catchy, I think NBC should add it to the show before it premieres on Thursday night.
Can I tell you I have been binging the show for the last day and I do not know why I did not watch it during its original run. It is so funny and fun to watch and I hope it is just as good now! Which I am hearing it will be.
Megan Mullally shared a video confessional shot in a bedroom while lying naked in bed with her co-star Sean Hayes, who is also wearing nothing, so do the Will & Grace actors have something to tell? After nearly 20 years of sexual tension, they finally had sex according to Karen Walker. How will their husbands feel about their tryst? I would not be surprised if Nick Offerman and Scott Icenogle are doing the same thing that they spouses are doing.
Seriously though, it is chemistry like this cast which is why not only is NBC bringing back the show, it is also why they renewed it for another season without the sitcom even airing a single second of the revival. It is also why September 28th cannot get here soon enough!
Sean Hayes was tickling the ivories in between Harry Connick Jr’s lap as the singer swooned on the actor’s back. Does that mean Hayes is just wild about Harry? Yes, but not in the way you think? They are letting us know that the daytime talk show host is going to reprise his role on the Will & Grace revival! What does that mean for Grace and Leo? We will have to wait until September 28th to find out!
