Let the Good Times Roll because it is time once again to Drive with The Cars. The band has recorded their first album in 24 years and Move Like This will be out in May. After watching Blue Tip, the first music video from the album I can’t wait to buy the CD because it was Just What I Needed. They sound just like they did in the ’80s, but better. Too bad we can ‘t see what they look like, but I guess that is the Magic of that video…
It was Heartbreak City when The Cars decided to say Bye, Bye Love and broke up in 1988, and now people are wondering if the four surviving member are reuniting or maybe working on their first album in 23 years. So You Might Think why is the speculation happening now? Well they decided to Shake It Up by posting a picture of them all together on their Facebook page with no comment or caption. I say Let’s Go and think they are getting ready to say Hello Again and let the Good Times Roll either on the road or in the studio after over 2 decades of being silent. I really think it would be Magic if they were getting ready to Drive again, because their song Hello Again is my ringtone. That and I love them! I just think is too bad Benjamin Orr isn’t around to Drive with them….:(

One of the things I hated most about Paulina Porizkova being booted off of Dancing with the Stars first wss that we didn’t get to see her husband of nearly 20 years, Ric Ocaseck. Well it might have taken two years, but we are finally getting to see the lead singer from The Cars. You Might Think I’m Crazy, but I would still let that 60 year old man Drive me home tonight! Seriously he looks as good as he did back as when he was with The Cars, if not better!!!
