Cannes is under way and The Carlton Hotel is welcoming the movies that are playing at the festival and the stars who are in them! Like Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds’ Brad Pitt and Eli Roth, The Transformer from Transformers, A Christmas Carol, GI Joe and Terminator Salvation to name a few. I wish the hotels in LA would do that because that looks so awesome! I mean I seriously so want to see a huge Brad and Eli like that!!! How awesome do those Basterds look, including Diane Kruger, Melanie Laurent and Til Schweiger!!!
BTW am I the only one who when they saw where they placed the GI Joe poster thought of the famous scene from Patch Adams?
The remaining 7 singers on American Idol 8 have a new theme and it is a killer one! They will be doing Idol at the Movies for Tuesday’s show and they will learn those songs under the guidance of Quentin Tarantino. I seriously forgot how good he was on the show when he was a Judge back during season 3. Can’t he put Kara DioGuardi in one of his moves and kill her off and replace her on the show?
Talking about Tarantino’s movie, he better show some new scenes from Inglourious Basterds on the show because one teaser trailer two months ago is not enough at this point! We need more more more! Inglourious Basterds and American Idol go together like…well…they don’t but still.
Now back to American Idol, I am going to miss Scott MacIntyre who was part of the only noteworthy moments of season 8…when Ryan Seacrest tried to high five him.
MindSign Neuromarketing is a company that measures people’s brain activity to see the effectiveness of consumer marketing. “At MindSign Neuromarketing they use our brain response technology to provide our clients in the advertising, entertainment, political, and software industries with data revealing what their target consumer is thinking while using their product, and seeing their ads.”
The company posted someone’s reaction to the much anticipated Inglourious Basterds’ trailer and as you can see by their reaction of the axial, sagittal, and coronal planes that person is as excited as I am for Quentin Tarantino’s WWII epic movie starring Brad Pitt and Eli Roth. Seriously how f*cking cool is that technology!
On the Final Destination 2 DVD, one of the special features is they measured a person’s brain activity as they watched the death scenes in the movie to see if they really scared the crap out of people and it did! I thought that feature was one of the coolest things I ever saw on DVD, so I think it is really neat that MindSign Neuromarketing is using that technology to measure consumers’ reactions to trailers and TV shows.
If you check out MindSign Neuromarketing’s YouTube Channel you can so other people’s reaction to other trailers and TV spots and none them were as excited at the different videos as they were for Inglourious Basterds!
BTW both Inglourious Basterds and Final Destination: Death Trip 3D are coming out on August 21st and that is too much excitement for my brain!!! My brain map would be full of color if they measured it about August 21st!!!
Empire Movie News got their hands on the first three teaser posters from Inglourious Basterds. Even though the subject matter is so ugly, I think the posters are beautiful, blood all!!! The cloudy darkened skies with the bloodied shiny weapons creates such powerful images. If those teaser posters are any hint how this movie is going to be, I think we are all going to walk out in awe in the powerfullness of it all.
Quentin Tarantino's WWII epic starring Brad Pitt and Eli Roth is coming out on August 21st and you can tell how I am so excited about this movie!!!
Finally after months of waiting Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds teaser is finally here!!! OMG I knew this movie was going to be f*cking amazing, but it seriously looks better than I ever could have imagined!!! Sincerely my neck is hurting after finally getting to see The Bear Jew swing his bat!!! I can’t wait to see him do that over and over and over again so that he can give Brad Pitt his 100 scalps!
Talking about The Bear Jew, Eli Roth just posted this and the bloody awesome trailer on MySpace.
Welcome back Eli!!! Go set some rest! You and the rest of The Basterds are so going to need it because you guys are going to be so busy with all the promotion you are going to have to do for this WWII epic that has Awards’ show darling written all over it!!!
Is it August 21st yet? I don’t want to wait 6 months to see it. Dang those Cannes people for getting to see it first!!!
