Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock have decided to end their four month marriage, Anderson’s rep has confirmed to Us. The papers, which were filed by Anderson, 39, cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The former Baywatch actress has hired famed celebrity divorce lawyer Neal Hersh, whose clients include Kim Basinger, Halle Berry, Drew Barrymore and Denise Richards. Anderson and Rock held a much-publicized marriage "celebration ceremony" aboard a yacht in St. Tropez July 29, but formalized their wedding when they returned to Los Angeles in more private ceremony at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. They also married later in Nashville as well as Rock’s hometown of Detroit, however, official court documents state the date of marriage is August 3, 2006, and list date of separation as November 21, 2006. Earlier this month, Anderson miscarried what would have been her and Rock’s first child together. On November 10, Anderson’s rep, Tracy Nguyen, asked that “Pamela’s privacy be respected at this time.” From 1995 to 1998, Anderson was married to rocker Tommy Lee, with whom she had two boys, Dylan, 8, and Brandon, 10. It was Rock’s first marriage.

Wow, I am shocked that they are getting divorced…but then again I was shocked they got married out of the blue! And isn’t interesting she is using the same divorce lawyer as her co-star Denise Richards.

My Little Luca

My little chihuahua Luca went missing off a beach in Malibu Sunday afternoon. I think somebody took him. I was returning home from Vancouver and spoke to my parents at 3:30 p.m. They were on a private beach with him, which he knows very well. He normally runs the beach but has been on medication and could have been groggy and not himself. There was a construction crew and an odd person walking beach thru public accessways. I need him back.

Denise Richards’ infamous laptop toss on the set of her movie Blonde and Blonder wasn’t funny. But an insider close to Denise tells Life & Style that she and co-star Pamela Anderson shared a laugh over a gift Pam gave to Denise at the film’s wrap party on Nov. 10. In the much-publicized Nov. 8 incident, after photographers reportedly harassed Denise, the star hurled a photographer’s laptop from a balcony at the shooting location — River Rock Casino and Hotel near Vancouver, British Columbia — destroying the device. Denise later apologized, and no charges were filed for the property damage. After the party, Denise called a friend, laughing, and said, “You’ll never guess what Pam got me for my wrap present — a laptop!” (The Denise insider says it was a Mac, which, coincidentally is the computer of choice here at Life & Style!) “It’s funny because Pam had bought the present before the tossing incident,” says the insider. “In fact, she reconsidered giving it to her because of what had happened.” But Pam went ahead anyway — and Denise loved it! “It just shows what good friends they are,” says the insider. “Pam and Denise have become really close.” It seems Pam is taking extra precautions to stay on Denise’s good side. We know we would — no one wants a laptop hurled at her!

That is too funny!

US has learned exclusively that actress Pamela Anderson, 39, and her husband, musician Kid Rock, 35, have suffered a miscarriage. A spokesperson for Pamela Anderson confirms that the actress suffered a miscarriage late last week in Vancouver, Canada while filming her new movie, Blond on Blonder. Anderson’s rep Tracy Nguyen, is asking that, “Pamela’s privacy be respected at this time.” A source tells US that Anderson was not far along, and that the pregnancy was at its early stages. “It is what it is,” says the source. “It was early enough.” The source confirms that the actress did not go to the hospital to be treated, but instead had a doctor come to her to determine the miscarriage. The stress and the pressure of her rigorous filming schedule is believed to have caused the miscarriage. “She will keep trying. She really wants another baby with Bob,” says the source. Anderson and her husband, Kid Rock, were married on August 3 of this year. The actress has two children with her former husband, Tommy Lee; Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 8.

Hollywood actress Denise Richards hit an 80-year-old woman in a wheelchair with at least one flying laptop Wednesday while battling paparazzi during the filming of her new movie at the River Rock Casino in Richmond. Richmond RCMP spokesman Cpl. Peter Thiessen said Richards took and threw two laptops belonging to photographers who had come uninvited onto the set of Blonde and Blonder — a movie Richards is currently shooting with Ladysmith native Pamela Anderson. "Denise Richards recognized them [the photographers] and took exception," said Thiessen, who said he did not know what led Richards to become upset. "She grabbed their two laptops and threw them off a balcony," he added, noting there appeared to be a history between Richards and the photographers. Thiessen said the 80-year-old woman was one floor below Richards when she was hit but said she was not badly hurt and is not interested in laying charges. Thiessen added that the photographers called police after hotel staff took away their laptops and refused to give them back. On Wednesday night, a representative from the casino spoke to the media about the incident but refused to give any details. "We had an unauthorized entry of some individuals onto the set of Blonde and Blonder, which is currently shooting on our property," said Howard Blank, vice-president of the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation that owns River Rock. "The alleged incident was some people coming onto the film set unauthorized and there was a bit of a ruckus," he said, adding the incident happened at about 6 p.m. Thiessen said representatives of the film company agreed to pay for damages to the laptops and that no charges are going to be laid by anyone involved in the incident. Blonde and Blonder is described as Legally Blonde meets Dumb and Dumber, as the two stars are chased by police and criminals after being mistaken for paid assassins.

Can’t believe set is surrounded by loser paparazzi – not Canadian – all American and European…Leave us alone!!! They are being super idiots!!! Yelling rude stuff. They need to really go home! What is the big deal? All these big hairy men attacking us girls. A-holes!!!
