New Kids on the Block has just wrapped up their tour and now Jonathan Knight is begging other musicians for a job via Twitter. Knight changed his bio to say “Back to just being blue collar! Can I collect an unemployment check from NKOTB? I think I’ve been temporarily laid off!”
Then after that he sent the below Tweets to several musicians.

Dear @lancebass I got laid of temporarily! I think you all should get back together and take me along! I have boyband on my resume!
Dear Jackson 5, just polishing my black boots and got a great idea! I think I could help that reunion without MJ! I just got laid off!

It will be interesting to see who he is going to see who he will be a New Kid on the Block for or if anyone really wants that Old Kid on the Block.
Personally I think he should contact the ladies in that picture and ask Tiffany and Debbie Gibson if he can get a part in their SyFy movie Mega Python vs. Gatoroid.
Yesterday New Kids on the Block was playing Radio City Music Hall when they were joined by another boy band the Backstreet Boys. The excitement from all of those former-teeny boppers was so ear numbing loud that I now have a headache that has Excedrin written all over it. Just think if their screaming was that high pitched, I don’t want to know how wet their panties were because it was a 30-something’s wet dream in 1999. Just think in 10 years the Jonas Brothers will get the same reaction when they join BSB at a show.
BTW I hope the two adult boy bands do a tour together so other women can enjoy them because according to those squeals it something they want to see. They can call their venture NKOTBSB, don’t you think? Just some advice if you go to see them, bring the aspirin because you are going to need it.
The Boy Banders are breeding and working on their replacements. New Kids on the Block’s Joey McIntyre has a new kid on the block because his wife gave birth to their second son yesterday. According to Us Weekly Rhys Edward came into the world weighing 7pds. 10 oz. Rhys is the second boy for Joey, the awwwdorable Griffin Thomas (pictured above) is 2.
Joey isn’t the only boy bander and Dancing with the Stars’ alumni with baby news, Us Weekly is reporting that 98 Degrees’ Drew Lachey is expecting his first son in the spring. Drew and his wife Lea already have a daughter, Isabella Claire, 3.
New Kids on the Block Joey McIntyre did a Mad Men parody and I can’t believe all the 4 letter words coming out of his mouth. Even though he is older than me, I still see him as that little kid in New Kids and to hear him say f*ck, t!ts and date rape that a$$$ just seems so wrong to me. And then to see him drink a beer on top of it, I don’t know if the NKOTB fan in me can handle it? But then there is another part of me slightly turned on hearing him say those Tough words. I know he is a father of 1 and 3/4 kids, but he just seems so innocent with that baby face of his. Now if Donnie Walhberg did that spoof it wouldn’t seem as odd to me, but it is Joey and he is Joey.

The baby of New Kids on the Block, Joey McIntyre is expecting his second son in December according to Us Weekly. The little boy will be joining the awwwdorable 20 month Griffin!
With all the touring he has been doing with NKOTB, it is amazing he found time for the Right Stuff to make the baby! I guess you can say his Cover Girl was Hangin’ Tough with him and taking the tour Step By Step!!!
