Netflix released the first trailer for their upcoming teen dramedy Insatiable, and we are all going to eat it up!
Patty (Debby Ryan) has been fat all of her life, but something will happen to change all of that. She will have to have her jaw wired shut and that will cause all those extra pounds to come off of her. Now Patty is hot! Hot for revenge. One by one, she will show all of those kids who made her feel bad what it was like. For her it was emotional, for them it will be physical.
It is a modern twist on the ugly duckling story and about time someone changed it up!
The twelve one-hour episodes begin streaming on August 10th. Make a date to watch it or Patty will get revenge on you too.

Bruce Springsteen is the hottest ticket on Broadway, so hot you cannot even get tickets to the show. But on December 15th, as he ends his sold-out run on the Great White Way, the show will live on, on the World Wide Web. Translation. Springsteen on Broadway will be coming to Netflix the same day the curtain goes down.
The show is based on his autobiography Born to Run and features The Boss with just his guitar, a piano, very personal stories and his wife Patti Scialfa.
I think out of all of the coops that Netflix has done since its inception, this might be their biggest. Bandana out of my back pocket to them.
We have seen Cyrano de Bergerac done in so many different ways, and now it is being updated for the modern day audience on Netflix in Sierra Burgess Is A Loser. This time it is high school student Sierra (Shannon Purser aka Barb) trying to hide her real identity from the boy who accidentally texted her. She asks the popular pretty girl (Kristine Froseth) to be her face because she does not think he will like her for who she really is.
Who will he choose the voice or the face? Find out on September 7th when this darling film begins streaming on Netflix.
Seriously, doesn’t this seem like the type of movie you can watch over and over and over again? Whenever you need a pick me up, you will just go to Netflix and watch this to make you feel better. Netflix & Smile!
In case you did not know this, Gloria Estefan sings the reworked theme song for Netflix’s remake of One Day at a Time. But for the third season, they are changing things up. The Cuban born singer announced today that she will guest star on the fan favorite sitcom about a Cuban-American family living in Los Angeles.
The Conga singer will be playing Mirtha, Lydia’s (Rita Moreno) baby sister and arch-nemesis. I can totally see that because her and her TV niece Justina Machado have a lot of similarities between them. Plus, I can see Estefan having a lot of fun with this role.
This was not the only big casting announcement made by Netflix today. They also revealed that Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler will be working together on their 2019 feature Murder Mystery. The two worked together in 2011’s Just Go With It,
The movie is being described as, “When a NYC cop (Sandler) finally takes his wife (Aniston) on a long promised European trip, a chance meeting on the flight with a mysterious man (Luke Evans) gets them invited to an intimate family gathering on the Super Yacht of elderly billionaire Malcolm Quince. When Quince is murdered, they become the prime suspects in a modern day whodunit.”
I have a feeling this will be the first of many endeavors between Netflix and Aniston.

Fox made the ungodly decision to cancel Lucifer and today Netflix righted that wrong. That’s right, Netflix made a pact with the devil, literally!
Actually, now that I think about it, that could explain Netflix’s success? I wonder what else they signed away to the Devil because it is worth all of their sacrifices.
Seriously though, this fan is in heaven and cannot wait to see what is in store for season 4 after that devilishly good season finale and follow-up episodes that did not explain that plot twist. Plus, they can do things they could not do on Fox! I think there is a lot of good stuff to come and I am glad that Lucifer and his friends will live on.
On that note, here is what some of the cast had to say about the pickup! Tom Ellis or the demon himself wrote, “WE DID IT !!!!!!!!!!! Thank you to everyone for your continued support and love for #Lucifer I am so happy for all our fans I’m going to burst ✊😈❤️. #LuciferSeason4 on @Netflix wow that sounds nice. You fans made this happen. #LuciFansrock #Lucifersaved ✊😈.” Leslie-Ann Brandt wrote, “You fans are incredible. You did this. We are so happy to keep the family together. Lucifer on Netflix is back. Has a ring to it I say. Thank you @netflix and Thank you to each and everyone of you who fought like a demon!” Creator Joe Henderson added, “Thank you thank you THANK YOU to all the #Lucifer fans. You brought us back. YOU did this. So relax, take a breath, put some ice on those fingers that have been hashtagging up a storm… and get ready for more deviltime 😈.” And Aimee Garcia had to record a message for us fans!
This news really shocks because yesterday I gave up on the show being picked up and today it was saved. It is a miracle from, well not from the man above! Long live Lucifer!
