NBC has said that if enough people did not tune into Journeyman last week and tonight that they were going to pull the show from its lineup permanently. So if you are a fan of the show or even if you never seen it tune into Journeyman tonight on NBC at 10p after Heores!
Note to NBC, didn't you learn anything when you thought could do better than Studio City's ratings when you replaced it with the Black Donnellys and that other show and you were greatly mistaken. So before you pull the plug, test out the new replacement it might just fail like those other shows did last year.
Zap2It is reporting Journeyman, the only new show I am watching on NBC, has only two weeks to improve its ratings or it is dunzo. NBC doesn't care about the additional numbers that come from Tivo or online viewers, they only care about the people watching it live. So if you are one those (like me) who watch it on the net or Tivo, you better watch it live tonight and next week if you want to see the show return next year! I know I will be watching it live!
MediaWeek is reporting that production has been shut down on NBC's Bionic Woman weeks before it was suppose to be completed and Battlstar Gallacta will end production at the end of this week. Even though both shows tape in Toronto they are being affected by the strike. Although part of me thinks that the week to week declines of Bionic Woman might also have influenced their decision.
Just when you thought that ER was being taken off of life support at the end of the season, looks like NBC isn't quite ready to pull the plug. John Wells told Variety at a party to celebrate ER's 300th episode that he is going to go into talks with NBC about another season. Personally I think this show has gone way past its life expectancy and it is time to put the show to rest. Unlike the first 10 seasons there are very few characters left to like or cases to care about, but that is just my opinion and I am still watching.
The confrontation starts at 6:50 into the clip. What a jerk Criss Angel is. But Jim Callahan’s act was really weird, I would not pay to see that because it was freaky and not in a good way. I just wish they would have allowed Jim to take a swing at him. Now that would have helped Phenomenon’s ratings.
