Even if you’ve never heard of Chicago-based indie rockers OK Go, the foursome have staged one of the coolest music videos in memory. "Here It Goes Again" shows the guys in a one-take, intricately staged dance routine aboard eight treadmills. In a triumph of low-budget, fun concept, they jump forward and backward, faux figure skate, and kick out aerobic and dance floor moves. Since the video was posted in You Tube on Tuesday, it’s had more than 1.2 million hits.

BLINK-182 bassist MARK HOPPUS has backed TOM DELONGE’s recent speculation the punk trio will never reform by revealing details of his new band. The rocker’s new project, featuring former bandmate TRAVIS BARKER on drums, is called PLUS 44 and a debut album is tentatively scheduled for October (06). Of the new record Hoppus says, "At first we had the idea that it would have a lot of electronic influences. "But then we bought this studio and after we moved the band into here, the whole vibe changed. There’s all kinds of stuff going on."
I love Blink 182 and I hope this not true. When they need they need the money they will be back. But sadly for the time being they are having successful solo careers.
An inter-band feud has errupted in The Who over charity webcasts. The band have been offering live webcasts of their European tour dates at their website thewholive.tv for $10, with proceeds going to charity. However according to posts on guitarist Pete Townshend’s website petetownshend.co.uk, singer Roger Daltrey has disagreed with elements of the project and they are going to stop.Townshend has written: "Roger seems to think when I provide bandwidth for The Who website, and for live streaming, he is being exploited in some way and wants a piece of the future ‘profit’. He is not my partner in anything else. We love each other but we are not regular social buddies like Bono and The Edge, we do not discuss or share ideas, and we have no unified joint vision of strategy for The Who or for creative projects in general." He has also posted about the band’s new album: "I am mixing the last few tracks of the new Who record at my house in France. It’s starting to sound pretty good."
