The grown-up Theater Kids are having so much fun because Wicked is making the jocks and the Barbies be one of them. The hottest trend this month is doing the dance to What Is This Feeling from the movie.
If the non-Theater Kids can do it, why can’t the Theater Kids who went into Musical theater do it and make it even more entertaining? Case in point here is the West End boys from Mamma Mia doing the Popular dance, and I am not loathing what they did to it!
They are the only cast making it their own. Broadway’s Hamilton also gave it a shot!
Walmart is so special; they have been able to bring casts back together. Last year, they reunited the people who worked in Office Space, including Michael Bolton. And now, they got the Mean Girls, Lindsay Lohan, Lacey Chabert, and Amanda Seyfried, to go back to high school to promote Walmart+ and their Black Friday deals.
And that is a really big deal because we know that Cady, Gretchen, and Karen would never shop there. At least, I assume that they don’t. I saw the movie once and barely remember it. I know sacrilege.
Before Jessica Keenan Wynn was in Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again, her father was not able to pick her up at The Golden Girls house after a race. How cute is the about 6-month-old making her acting debut back in 1987? Imagine having that on your resume before you are even a year old?
BTW did you know today is not only National Cheesecake Day, it is also Golden Girls Day. I did not know that yesterday when I found out Wynn was on the show after her great, convincing performance in the musical movie as a young Christine Baranski. Nice how everything always comes up Golden Girls.
Remember how much you loved the movie Mamma Mia until Pierce Brosnan started singing? Well, you are not alone! When Remington Steele showed the movie to Barbra Streisand at her house, he found out he was not made of steal when her late dog Sammy bit him.
How did Babs react to it? Bronan told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show yesterday that she asked how her dog was doing first. You cannot blame the pooch because his singing was just painful. The actor can do a lot of things, but singing is just not one of them.

Meryl Streep and Cher were photographed kissing on the lips, so do they have something to tell us? Mamma Mia, do they have something to tell us. Their second movie together Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again comes out this Friday and they want you to see it.
Am I the only one who finds it interesting that the 72-year-old actress is playing Streep’s mom when she is only 3 years older than her?
When it comes to what other movie they did together, that was 1983’s Silkwood that earned them both Oscar nominations. Maybe history will repeat itself and both of them will find themselves nominated again 35 years later for a film they are both in.
