Val and Maksim Chmerkovskiy have spent the last year just dancing for the wives in the bedroom. Therefore, they really want to dance for other people, so they are going on the road.
The brothers from Dancing with the Stars will spend July and August touring 19 cities in the United States.
And the best part is they promise to take it all off. At least, I am assuming they do because they called their tour Stripped Down. The only way I am paying to watch two men dance for me is if they are taking their clothes off.
They can keep it on for the camera, but they can take it when the cameras are off. Then I am in like Flynn. Probably not the best phrase to use in this circumstance.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy took the night off from Dancing with the Stars because of a “personal issue” and now everyone wants to know what that means? His wife, Peta Murgatroyd, is still on the show, so they are not having marital issues and it is not their baby. His brother, Val, is also still dancing, so it is not their immediate family.
Then what? I immediately thought he is not getting along with his partner, Vanessa Lachey, this season. Turns out, I am not the only one who is thinking that. People spoke to a source who told them, “There’s a big chemistry issue,” adding, “They’ve been fighting a lot.” What are they fighting about? Radar’s source says, “She wants to choreograph her own dances, select her own music and even design her own costumes.” In fact, another source told them she thinks she is a big star and acts like a total Diva in the ballroom. Doesn’t she know, there is room for only one Diva on DWTS and it is Maks. Plus, who else is she but Nick Lachey’s wife?
On that note, Us Weekly say that Peta and Nick get along. A source told them, “Nick is awesome. He’s very laid back and sweet.”
Radar also says that Maks might not to return to the show because he does not want to dance with her. How do you feel if he decides to do that? I would rather see him on Dancing over. You know, I have a feeling she will be eliminated next week. And chances are, it will be a double elimination because no one went home yesterday.
We are so used to seeing Maksim Chmerkovskiy being all tough on Dancing with the Stars, but his 4 month old son has turned him into a softie. And that is nothing to cough about. That is unless you want Shai to laugh with you in that cute way babies do.
I like this side of Maks, hopefully we will get to see it more often! Maybe when DWTS makes him Len Goodman’s replacement on the show. He is the best choice for the job. Don’t you think?
Maksim Chmerkovskiy is paired with Heather Morris on Dancing with Stars this season, and something happened on Friday that did not cause them glee. While rehearsing for tonight’s show on ABC, the new dad felt a pain in his calf and now doctors are advising him not to dance for the foreseeable future.
According to Good Morning America, troupe dancer Alan Bersten is filling in for him tonight, but it unclear for how long.
Maks took to Twitter this morning to tell his fans, “Sorry I was MIA. Tune in to @dancingabc today and all will be explained. Tough show for #teamMaksimumHeat and @heatherrelizabethh would have to hold it down for both of us. Please show her your love and support while I work on getting my ass back to the ballroom. #DidNotSeeThisComing #WillBeBackBetterThanEver”
That is the always the DWTS way, can’t confirm anything until the show airs. Which surprises me that they even let it get out there that he will not be dancing on the show tonight.
The switch of partners should not effect Morris’ chances since after all this is not her first time dancing. She did as a background dancer on Beyonce’s tour and on also when she was starring on Glee. Can you tell I am Team Charo and Team Mr T? Hopefully, the latter 2 will be around for a long time on the show because they are the only reason to watch.
