Seriously? OMG! WTF?

It might only be mid-August and hot as hell out there, but it is not too early to celebrate Pumpkin Spice season. So Krispy Kreme officially launched it today.

“It’s August and we’re all ready for pumpkin spice, somehow. So, we’re bringing back the classics you’re craving,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme Global Chief Brand Officer. “Our fans want their Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut and Latte right now, and we’re here for it. Stay tuned though, we’re not done spicing up the season.”

I can’t wait to see what else they will be offering because this is my favorite time of the year. It’s Halloween and Pumpkin Spice time!

Airfare is expensive, so we can’t afford to fly to Paris for the Olympics. Because of that, Krispy Kreme is bringing us Parisian treats with three new donuts.

• Crème Brûlée Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with crème brûlée KREME™ filling, dipped in crème brûlée caramel icing and topped with caramelized sugar crunch.
• Double Chocolate Éclair Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with chocolate custard KREME™ filling, dipped in chocolate icing, and topped with chocolate crisp pearls.
• Raspberry & Vanilla Crème Doughnut: An Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in raspberry icing and cookie pieces and dolloped with vanilla KREME™.

Do you know what goes great with those? A Crème Brûlée Latte made fresh-to-order hot, iced, or frozen.

The donuts are available for a limited time starting today?

I love Dolly Parton, but she is everywhere these days! She has cake mixes, dog clothes, perfume, books, music, and so much more. Where will we see her face next? At Krispy Kreme, of course.

The doughnut giant is singing Dolly Parton’s praises with four doughnuts dedicated to her Southern sweet treats for a limited time!

“Having some of my very favorite southern flavors in one, unique doughnut collection from Krispy Kreme is so special to me,” Parton said. “These doughnuts remind me of home. So, I’m excited for folks to share them with their own family and friends. They’re pretty sweet, if I do say so myself!”

How sweet are they? Read the description and tell me you don’t have a sugar high just from reading that.

Dolly Dazzler – an Original Glazed® Doughnut dipped in strawberry icing, with gold, pink and white glitter sprinkles and a signature chocolate Dolly butterfly piece.
Peachy Keen Cobbler – an unglazed doughnut filled with real peach filling, dipped in brown sugar icing and crunchy cobbler topping.
Banana Puddin’ – an unglazed doughnut filled with banana pudding made with wafers and banana pudding KREME, dipped in yellow icing, with white icing swirls and wafer cookie pieces.
Chocolate Crème Pie –  an Original Glazed® doughnut topped with a swirl of chocolate brownie cream and vanilla whipped topping, sprinkled with chocolate cookie crumble.

To celebrate the Dolly Doughs, Krispy Kreme wants us to dress up as the Country legend on Saturday to get a free glazed donut. Don’t have anything Dolly to wear? Then you can sing one of her songs. I will be singing PMS Blues because I am PMSing and need something sweet and full of fat!

Do you love Kit Kat bars and wish they came in the form of a donut? For a limited time, Krispy Kreme is selling three Kit Kat-inspired doughnuts.

• KIT KAT® Crunch Doughnut – an Original Glazed^® Doughnut hand-dipped in rich HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate icing, finished with chopped KIT KAT® pieces and chocolate flavored crispies.
• KIT KAT® Cookie Dream Doughnut – an unglazed doughnut filled with cookie dough flavored Kreme™, hand-dipped in HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate icing and covered with chopped KIT KAT® pieces, cookie crumbles, and semi-sweet HERSHEY’S chips with a delicate drizzle of cookie dough flavored icing.
• KIT KAT® Salted Caramel Brownie Doughnut – an Original Glazed^® doughnut topped with brownie batter-flavored buttercream, covered with chopped KIT KAT® and brownie pieces, and finished with salted caramel flavored ribbons.

This sounds like something Kris Kardashian kame up with with all of those Ks, Krispy Kreme Kit Kat doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme has loved space-related events since 1969, when they served donuts at the moon launch viewing site. So they are going to celebrate the Total Solar Eclipse starting on April 5th with a donut.

The Total Solar Eclipse Doughnut is an Original Glazed® Doughnut dipped in black chocolate icing, adorned with silver sprinkles, piped with a buttercream made with OREO® pieces, and a whole OREO® cookie in the center.

“Eclipses are rare and so is our out-of-this-world Total Solar Eclipse Doughnut. Even if you can’t be in the path of totality you can get in the path of these treats, which you will eat in totality. Stop by and get some for you and some to share so you can flex your science side and great taste at the same time,” said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme.

I can’t wait to eat one of those on the 8th when I look up at the sky to see the sun disappear for four minutes.
