Even though Kevin Bacon is 6 Degrees of Separation from almost every actor in Hollywood and has been acting for almost 40 years, he finally found his perfect role. The Footloose star teamed up with the American Egg Board to promote the food that goes so perfectly with his last name. He wants people to eat eggs. That and for us to stop making fun of his last name. I can eat eggs, but I can’t give up telling jokes about his last name. A girl has to bring home the Bacon, anyway that she can!
Kevin Bacon, Daniel Stern and Paul Reiser celebrated New Year’s Eve together, but sadly they didn’t go to a Diner for the big event. Instead Timothy and Shrevie went to Modell’s house to watch the ball drop. So even though their movie came out in 1982, it is great to see them welcome in the New Year together, looking as close as they did 35, yes 35, years ago. Can you believe it has been that long because they all look fabulous!
Kevin Bacon was on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon yesterday and he made one of the best entrances ever. The man who every actor in Hollywood is Six Degrees of Separation from danced like he danced in Footloose. By doing so he proved that even though it has been 30 years since the cult classic movie, he still looks and moves just like he did then. Well that and creating one of the best late night entrances ever!
We have all seen a commercial that has scarred us for life, and for me it was those creepy Burger King ads. Well for Kyra Sedgwick it is any commercial with talking food. Her husband Kevin Bacon was on The Tonight Show yesterday and he told Jay Leno it all started with the California Raisins commercial and continued from there. So when he was offered a commercial where he would be a talking peanut and an M, he turned it down because his marriage is more important. But Six Degrees man, telling the TV world about her phobia might not be helping your marriage. It might be a Closer, with a bad Following.
Kyra Sedgwick was on Conan and she told Conan O’Brien how Kevin Bacon wooed her about a quarter of a century ago. They were filming a movie called Lemon Sky, and at the end of the day of filming he would ask everyone who would want to go to dinner. Well every time he asked, she said no even though she was the only one he wanted to join him. Finally after a few weeks he concocted a plan to possibly finally get this date he so desperately he desired. Well when you hear her tell the story, let me know if you think it is sweet or stalkery? I am going with sweet because they have been married for 24 years and they are still going strong.
But if for some reason they get a divorce and he is back on the market again, it is a lot easier to straight out ask a girl then do all of that other stuff he did…and cheaper
