Yesterday on Jimmy Kimmel Live, they had the cast of The Hateful Eight on the ABC late night show, but Channing Tatum was not able to be there. Not wanting to be left out, he filmed a segment as a substitute. That bit was him saying eight hateful things to a purrfectly cute kitten. The sweet little guy took it until he couldn’t take it anymore, then he showed Magic Mike who is the one with real magic. It was hissterical.
My cat was so pissed off by this, she pissed on my 21 Jump Street DVD. Who pees in a box now?
The cast of Netflix’s The Ridiculous 6 was on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday and they told the ABC late night host they would ask Taylor Lautner to do a flip every day on the set. So Adam Sandler asked if it would be OK if his co-star did one, right then and there. With some coaching from Luke Wilson, Terry Crews, Jorge Garcia and Rob Schneider, the Twilight wolf got up to do it. He walked over to the other side of the stage and then he did a standing somersault into a flip like it was nothing. It was so special that The Ridiculous 6 cast and the JKL audience all chanted MVP over and over again. Which you can’t blame them because that was a truly amazing flip.
And to think he was considered too wimpy for the Twilight sequel. I am pretty sure that of the people they were considering to replace him, barely any of them can do what he just did.

Thanksgiving has been around since 1621 and turns out Black Friday is just as old. Yesterday on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the ABC late night show had kids reenact the story of the first one and it was a true Grimm fairy tale. Even though the tale is as black as the holiday, I would love to see this play performed every year at schools all over America. Maybe we can learn from our past. Who am I kidding? We won’t, but at least we enjoy watching as our past comes back to haunt us.
A few weeks ago, Harrison Ford was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and I was surprised by how awful the ABC late host was during their interview. Hans Solo has a very dry sense of humor, so you never know if he is serious or not. But when their chat got serious as Ford talked about his plane crash, Kimmel tried to make jokes about it that came off as crude, disrespectful and idiotic. I was disgusted by it, and I was shocked that Ford didn’t say something to him.
Well weeks later, while the Star Wars new comers were on JKL yesterday, Ford finally got his say in a bit with Chewbacca. The Wookie and Hans have been fighting, and Chewie was so upset about it, he was going to jump off of Kimmel’s studios. Hans decides to make up with his friend and that convinces him not to jump. As they are hugging, Kimmel belts out the Star Wars theme and that’s when Ford tells him to STFU. I applauded because it was about time he said those 4 words to him.
Now if only someone could get Kimmel to shave off that pitiful beard things would be better in the late night world.
