Jessica Simpson baby watch is over because she finally gave birth to her baby this morning. Us Weekly says that Maxwell Drew came into the world this morning 9 lbs. 13 ounces. No wonder she got so big, she was having a very big baby.
BTW I can’t wait to read her Tweets about being a mother because I am sure there will be plenty of Jessicisms coming from them.

Jessica Simpson continued her TMI pregnancy tour yesterday on Jimmy Kimmel Live and explained to the ABC late night host why she is so big. She said that “apparently I have a lot of amniotic fluid, so whenever my water breaks it will be like a fire hydrant.” Why did I need that visual in my mind.
But that wasn’t the only TMI that I can’t get out of my head, she also said “I feel like I have a bowling ball sitting on my hoo ha.” How does she know what that feels like? Wait I don’t want to know.
But the whole interview wasn’t full of TMIs, she also share with Kimmel that she met Eric Johnson when he came over to her with a friend to watch a basketball game. To which Kimmel responded with, “So you met watching a basketball tournament and now you have a basketball in your stomach.” I think that pretty much sizes it up.
The singer still has about a month left on her pregnancy and I wonder how much bigger she is going to get. Seriously I am not sure how much more her body can take? I feel like a few more pounds and she is going to blow like a beached whale with ignited dynamite inside.
Back in 1991 Demi Moore was pregnant and naked on the cover of Vanity Fair and now in 2012 Jessica Simpson is doing the same for Elle. Personally I wish that GI Jane never started the trend because I am sick of so many pregnant women copying it.
Now back to the upcoming mama, the singer let it slip that she is going to have a daughter and she wants her little princess to be a girly girl. She also shared with the magazine how she knew she was going to be a mom, “We were goin’ to have an all-day drinking binge,†Simpson says, not shy about saying so. “Gonna ride our bikes, hang out…do naughty things. But I started feeling this overwhelming guilt. Why would I feel guilt at the idea of going out and having cocktails with my friends?†At least her body gave her the warning.
Jessica Simpson has a little Treat for us because she can no longer Trick us that she isn’t pregnant. Finally after months of speculation that Jessica Simpson is expecting her first child, she posted the above picture on her website and said “It’s True! I am going to be a mummy!” I guess no one went for her asking price, so she gave it away for free. Granted her baby bump was the biggest clue that she is going to be a mummy, I mean mommy!
No word when she is getting married, but I am sure it will be before the little one makes its debut!
