Roku released the first trailer for Weird: The Al Yankovic Story with Daniel Radcliffe in the title role.
All I will say is that Harry Potter worked his magic, both literally and figuratively, because that is brilliant. It reminds me of Weird Al’s music video, I Lost on Jeopardy.
Radcliffe was born to play this role, and he deserves all the accolades he is going to get for it.
When it comes to the biopic, I can’t wait to see what new things we learn about the most famous accordion player in the World!

Daniel Radcliffe was born in 1989. By that year, Weird Al Yankovic already had several hit singles, records, along with the cult classic movie UHF.
However, that didn’t stop Roku from hiring Harry Potter to play the Schlock Rocker in the Funny or Die biopic about the musician’s wild and crazy life. Looking at this photo, I can totally see why they went they did. It is as though everyone won on Jeopardy instead of the fact that they lost on Jeopardy, baby.
It is like we went into a time machine and were transported back to that version of Weird Al.
Before Robert Pattison starred in The Twilight franchise, he appeared in another franchise’s movie. He looks the same now as he did when he was 18, and he appeared in 2005’s Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

If you thought that Daniel Radcliffe’s greatest role was Harry Potter, you were wrong. That is because today, Roku announced that he will be playing the title role in Weird: The Al Yankovic Story. The actor better be prepared for awards season because he is going to win them all, including best actress!
“When my last movie UHF came out in 1989, I made a solemn vow to my fans that I would release a major motion picture every 33 years, like clockwork. I’m very happy to say we’re on schedule,” said Yankovic. “And I am absolutely thrilled that Daniel Radcliffe will be portraying me in the film. I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the role future generations will remember him for.”
As you can tell, this is going to be a very serious biopic about the Schlock Rocker. That is why Weird Al teamed up with Funny or Die’s Eric Apple, who is writing the film with the singer and directing it. “When Weird Al first sat me down against my will and told me his life story, I didn’t believe any of it, but I knew that we had to make a movie about it,” Appel said.
I can’t wait to see how they tell Weird Al’s story. Actually, I am more excited to see Radcliffe will look with a curly wig and mustache. That is going to make it all worth it.

The year is 1844, and Father Ezekiel Brown’s (Daniel Radcliffe) flock is plagued by cholera and dying crops. Therefore, he tells them that they should leave their homes and travel west on the Oregon Trail. At first, they are hesitant. That is until a stranger says he will take them on the journey.
Jim Nobody (Buscemi) offers up his services. But he has a secret. He is really Benny the Teen, a known killer and thief.
What will they do when they find that Nobody is a somebody? They will have to carry on as they travel in horse and carriage to their new home.
If you have not seen the first two seasons of Miracle Workers, then you are missing out. Think of it as a witty Naked Gun-like show. You have to pay to catch the jokes, which is hard when you are laughing so hard.
I have only seen the season premiere and can’t wait to see what other mayhem they get into this season. Whatever it is, I know it will be wrong and funny at the same time.
