Are they trying to make it so 24 gets the whole season off? |

First 24 was told to scrap the season that they had planned and postponed the start of production a few weeks, then when it was almost time to start production once again it was halted, but none of that is as bad as the news that Michael Ausiello is reporting…Janeane Garofalo is joining the cast as a regular. WTF are they thinking, the only thing I can think of is that really just want to take the whole year off at least. There is a reason why her pilots don't get picked up, she has a very small fan base. I am so glad I don't watch 24 because I would be beyond pissed with the news.

Fox announced today that Ryan Seacrest will host the 59th Emmys on September 16th. He can add that to his list of hosting duties…American Idol, a morning radio show, E! News, Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve, America's Top 40, the entertainment part of the Super Bowl, Merv Griffin's funeral, the Cohen Bar Mirzvah, and whatever else comes his way. Sadly he did not inherit The Price Is Right from Bob Barker, the only thing he didn't inherit from a Hollywood legend.
BTW I think he will do an excellent job as a host of the Emmys because he has a great personality and good timing!!!

24’s production delayed again |

Zap2it is saying that 24 was suppose to begin production on the 27th, but it has been delayed again until September 10th. The writer's were forced to scrap this season's original concept and are currently working on what or who Jack Bauer will try to save this season, but doesn't sound like they are being very successful at doing that. The producers said unlike season 6 DC not LA will be the focus of the show, but maybe they should reconsider that and have Jack Bauer try to save the show???
