Lots of changes and the most upsetting one is that on December 9th Glee will have its Fall finale and it won’t be back until April 13. That means we will go 4 months and 4 days with no new Glee episode. Why Fox, Whyyyyyy??????
But what is helping me breathe easier is that Past Life will come alive on February 11th. I saw the pilot for this show and I instantly fell in love with it. It is a procedural that is unlike any other one that is on the air now and it is was brilliantly executed and I can’t wait to see what else they do with the show. Sons of Tuscon is a comedy that will make you chuckle! It is going to be interesting to see how live action show does when it is sandwiched between three animated shows, but then again Tyler Labine is pretty animated so I think it will survive.
All in all, I am OK with Fox’s schedule! Just wish Brothers was on it… BTW Lie to Me and ‘Til Death will return at a later date!

Observe the observers on Fringe tonight
November 19th, 2009 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight on Fringe the show is adding another element that is going to make you think and will most likely play out through the rest of the show’s run. Tonight at 9p on Fox we meet the observers. We don’t know who they are, but they seem to be at all the important times in history and yet they never age. How do they do it and why are they here now? We don’t know, but at the end of the episode they will give us hint that something is going to happen, but we don’t know what.
Tonight’s Fringe is a show with many new questions and several answers and it is really well done fast paced, action packed hour. We also learn something important about Walter and Peter from their past and we are going to wonder what this means about their future. It is a must watch Fringe, so make sure to watch it tonight on Fox at 9p!

Get syked for The Wanda Sykes Show tonight
November 7th, 2009 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight on Fox Wanda Sykes gets her own late night talks show and TV will never be the same! Wanda Sykes is one of the funniest women who says what she wants and doesn’t give a f*ck what anyone thinks about what she saying. And now with The Wanda Sykes Show on Fox at 11p, she gets to say what she wants about different issues and we get to sit back and hear what she and her guests have to say about all the things we have been talking about or should be talking about. So make sure to watch her tonight and every Saturday at 11p!

Past Life gets a shorter life on Fox
October 14th, 2009 under Fox. [ Comments: 1 ]

When I got the DVD with all the new shows coming to Fox this season, my favorite one on it was midseason replacement Past Life. Well today I got some bad news because The Live Feed is reporting that Fox cut its series order down to 7. That is never a good sign for a show.
But there is some good from Nikki Finke at this point Fox isn’t planning on cancelling any of their fall shows, but that doesn’t mean that they will get the bottom nine pickup either. One of their new shows that did get the bottom 9 was The Cleveland Show and it was next season’s order. That show is kicking major butt as it should be because it is so hysterical!

Fox has a thing for strippers!!!
October 7th, 2009 under Bones, Fox, Lisa Edelstein/Hugh Laurie/House. [ Comments: none ]

Sex sells and Fox is using that tactic to get you to watch their shows!!! James Hibberd posted this new RedBand ad that will be running to promote their shows. The ad features a mash up of four of their dramas (House, Lie to Me, Bones and Fringe) all going to strip clubs and watching strippers. I never realized before this ad how many of their episodes deal with strip clubs, did you? BTW their dramas aren’t the only ones because their animated shows Family Guy and American Dad have also visited a strip club or two.
To the writers of the Fox shows, as a woman I would love to see one of your shows go to a male strip club! I think that is only fair!!!
