Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Most of us have had an Irish Coffee or a Long Island Iced Tea. So I am sure a lot of us would try Spiked Dunkin’ coffee and tea. At least, that is what the donut giant is hoping for with their alcoholic drinks.

The growing appetite for adult beverages inspired us to put a twist on our customers’ favorite Dunkin’ Iced Coffee, Iced Tea and Refresher flavors,” said Brian Gilbert, Vice President of Retail Business Development at Dunkin’. “Dunkin’ Spiked is perfect for day or night enjoyment and comes in eight distinct flavors, available in grocery and package stores later this month. This new line of ready-to-drink adult beverages elevates Dunkin’s offerings, and we know our 21+ fans will love every sip.”

Dunkin’ is releasing four flavors of each:

• • Dunkin’ Spiked Original Iced Coffee – Rich & satisfying with the classic Dunkin’ coffee flavor
  • Dunkin’ Spiked Caramel Iced Coffee – Vibrant & smooth with sweet and delicious caramel flavor
  • Dunkin’ Spiked Mocha Iced Coffee – Bold, chocolatey and approachably decadent
  • Dunkin’ Spiked Vanilla Iced Coffee – Creamy, smooth and delightfully sweet
  • Dunkin’ Spiked Slightly Sweet Iced Tea – Made with black tea and refreshingly sweet with a bright citrus finish, with a twist of lemon flavor
  • Dunkin’ Spiked Half & Half Iced Tea – Thirst quenching & perfectly balanced with half black tea and half lemonade
  • Dunkin’ Spiked Strawberry Dragonfruit Iced Tea Refresher – Made with green tea and slightly sweet with bright and exotic fruit flavor
  • Dunkin’ Spiked Mango Pineapple Iced Tea Refresher – Also made with green tea, with a tropical fruit flavor twist

The adult drinks will be available in select supermarkets and online at Dunkin’ Spiked later this month.

While most of the country is still experiencing the dog days of summer, Krispy Kreme thinks it is the perfect time to bring back Pumpkin Spice Season. So they will be adding four donuts and two coffees to their menu from today until October 8th.

• NEW Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Swirl Doughnut: A Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed® doughnut swirled with decadent pumpkin buttercream icing and cream cheese icing, topped with a light dusting of cinnamon sugar.
• NEW Pumpkin Spice Maple Pecan Doughnut: A Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed® doughnut hand-dipped in rich maple icing and topped with perfectly crunchy candied pecan pieces.
• Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed® Doughnut: A seasonal icon, this Original Glazed® doughnut brings just the right amount of pumpkin spice flavor in every melt-in-your-mouth bite.
• Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut: One of our most anticipated seasonal fan-favorites, this glazed, old fashioned pumpkin spice cake doughnut is the perfect combination of crumbly cake and pumpkin spice flavor.

Those donuts will go great with either Pumpkin Spice Latte made fresh-to-order hot, iced, or frozen, and Pumpkin Spice Coffee served hot or iced.

Starbucks better watch out because Wendy’s is giving us something that will tempt people away from the coffee shop.

Wendy’s Frosty is getting caffeinated with three different Cold Brew flavors. Those flavors are rich vanilla, chocolate, and caramel syrup.

When I was a teenager, a lot of my alcoholic drinks came with pineapple juice. And I loved them.

However, I don’t think I would drink Pepsi mixed with the juice. Yet, Little Caesars is exclusively selling cans of the stuff with their 2-topping large thin-crust pizza for $9.99.

So for those of you who love pineapple but not on your pizza, this is a good compromise. And if you do prefer pineapple on your pizza, then you can get double the dose.
