Emma is not Emma Stone’s real first name. It is a stage name she came up with when she was 16 because the Screen Actors Guild told her she could not go by Emily Stone. There was already someone else in the union with the name.
Today, when she was on Live with Kelly and Ryan, she told them that Emma was not her first choice. What was then? She tried out the name Reily. She liked the name; she just wasn’t used to it. So while she was guest-starring on Malcolm in the Middle, she ignored people when they called her that.
Therefore, after a two-month trial period, she went with Emma because it was close enough to Emily. And the rest is Hollywood history.
Personally, I think she should have gone with Rosetta. What name do you think would work for her?
Emma Stone had a project in the works during this pandemic, and she gave birth to it on March 13th. That’s right, according to TMZ, the Oscar winner and her husband, Dave McCary, welcomed their first child earlier this month.
Since they do everything in secret, like their wedding, we don’t know what she had, what its name is, or anything else. So let’s play a guessing game. What do you think it is, and what do you think they named it?
Disney released the trailer for Cruella today. After watching it, I have one question. When did the anti-Disney Princess become a villain in the DC Universe? Seriously, didn’t the trailer feel more like a superhero movie than a villain one?
Are you going to see Emma Stone as Cruella de Vil on May 28th?
Emma Stone and her husband, Dave McCary, have secretly been working on a project together. The Oscar winner is expecting her first baby sometime this year.
“She seems very happy and very excited about becoming a mother — she’s constantly oohing and cooing. She looks great, she looks healthy, she’s glowing,” a source tells Us Weekly. “She’s been keeping up with friends and work lately, she’s always staying active and gets her daily exercise in.”
Stone and McCary, who writes for Saturday Night Live, started dating in 2017. They got engaged in 2019 and reportedly tied the knot in September.
Ten years ago, we fell in love with Zombieland and now we are finally getting a sequel. Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin all return for Zombieland: Double Tap and it looks like they are having even more fun in the trailer.
One person who should not be in it is the A-list star who did a cameo in the first film. Or will he? Find out on October 11th when the anticipated film comes out.
