Seriously? OMG! WTF?

It didn’t take a powerful mediator to get Denise Richards, 35, to agree to take her kids, Sam, 2, and Lola, 1, out with her ex, Charlie Sheen, 41, and his girlfriend, Brooke Mueller, October 15. Turns out the peacemaker was Richards’ beau of eight months, Richie Sambora, 47. “Richie is happy, but the only thing holding him back was the drama between Denise and Charlie,” says a source. “He expressed this to Denise.” After all, adds a second source, Sambora has “a surprisingly good relationship” these days with his ex, Heather Locklear, 45. “They stay in touch for the sake of their daughter [Ava, 9],” adds the insider. “She’s the most important thing to the both of them.”

All is not well in Bon Joviland. Richie Sambora’s bandmates in Bon Jovi are NOT thrilled with his escalating romance with Denise Richards. "When Denise is around the band is polite but not really friendly. They miss Heather. " Jon Bon Jovi, who married his childhood sweetheart Dorothea, LOOKS like a player but he’s actually a devoted family man. "He has plenty of opportunities but he doesn’t fool around with fans" says an insider close to the band. Jon and the other bandmembers love Richie’s ex Heather and "they don’t say anything to Richie, but behind his back they think he’s a fool. They think Heather was filet mignon and Richie chose hamburger."

Denise Richards is insisting she hooked up with her ex-best friend’s hubby only after Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear had split. She also claims she and Locklear weren’t buddies either. “Unfortunately, my friendship with Heather had ended,” Richards told Bazaar. “I hadn’t spoken to her in a few months. The relationship was not salvageable. Richie and I ran into each other at a restaurant and started talking. If I was still friends with Heather, I wouldn’t have crossed that line. With everything going on in my life, I wasn’t looking to fall in love with anyone. But at the same time, when Richie and I got together, I couldn’t pass it up. I know how hard it is to meet a great guy.”

The acrimonious divorce battle between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards is over – for now, according to a joint statement by their lawyers. "Both parties have amicably resolved any outstanding issues on an interim basis," Sheen’s attorney, Lance Spiegel, said Monday outside a Los Angeles courthouse with Richards’s lawyer, Neal Hersh, by his side. However, the divorce has not been finalized. Sheen, 40, and Richards, 35, were not present at the brief hearing, which took place in judge’s quarters. Attorneys for both declined to comment on questions regarding whether a restraining order against Sheen would be extended or what the custody arrangements would be for the couple’s daughters Sam, 2, and Lola, 1. In an order of protection that expired today, Sheen was required to stay at least 300 yards from Richards and their daughters, except for supervised visits with the children. Sheen and Richards wed in June 2002; Richards filed for divorce in March 2005 while pregnant with Lola.

Wonder if he is doing it for the Emmy or if she is doing it so she can marry Richie Sambora or they just decided it was the best thing for the girls.
