After several critically trashed movies, DC Comics finally had a huge hit on their hands with Wonder Woman and huge star in Gal Gadot. She is their Wonder Woman, and that means she has some pull because of what she has done to save their franchise.
What does she want? For starters, Page Six says she refuses to sign on for the sequel unless Brett Ratner, who has been accused of sexual assault, and his production company are completely removed from the film. A source explained her reasoning to the paper, “She’s tough and stands by her principles. She also knows the best way to hit people like Brett Ratner is in the wallet. She also knows that Warner Bros. has to side with her on this issue as it develops. They can’t have a movie rooted in women’s empowerment being part-financed by a man accused of sexual misconduct against women.”
No word yet what Warner Bros will do but I am sure if they dropped him, several other production companies would use their golden lassos to rope in the feature. Plus, she is their Wonder Woman and as of now she not easy to replace like when Christopher Reeve was Superman.
I just watched the latest trailer for Justice League and I was more interested in the song than I was the movie. It is such a Dick Flick, that I got a testosterone high just by watching it. Now having said that, I am not sure people will flock to see it after this promo. It looks like another dark DC Comics movie and people have been saying no to those. They want them to be more like Wonder Woman and less like Batman vs Superman and Suicide Squad.
On that note, Superman is dead. F*ck that sh!t. No Superman, no Justice League.
Justice League is finally going to hit theaters in November, but what if you cannot wait that long? The pornody of DC Comics superheroes is cuming on September 30th and I am more excited for the Axel Braun one. Plus, I am sure it will leave you more satisfied than the one that is cuming to the big screen. The only problem is for poor Barry Allen. The Flash is the one superhero you do not want to be in the XXX version. I mean you want to last with Wonder Woman in the film. Oh wait, I forgot that Superman is faster than a speeding bullet. Therefore, there are two superheroes who you do not want to be in the Adult Entertainment version and they are both in this one. Good thing for Cat Woman and Supergirl, the Green Arrow’s arrow is ready for them to finish the job!
Odette Annable is going to play Reign on third season of Supergirl, and she is going to have to transform into the villain. That means that the makeup department has create a mask in order to make her look like the baddy and here she is getting her head sculpted for it. You know, they say actors suffer for their work, and it looks like she is truly suffering for it. Yet, the Breaking In star does it with a smile on her face. I cannot wait to see the final product when the DC Comics’ show returns to The CW on October 9th.
We have sequels with names like Temple of Doom, Back 2 Da Hood and Armed and Fabulous to name a few. Over the weekend Warner Bros announce the name for the sequel to Wonder Woman at San Diego Comic-Con, and it is…Wonder Woman 2. According to KCBS that is all we know as of now.
We do not know yet if Director Patty Jenkins will return. Although, considering she holds the title of directing the highest-grossing live-action film to be directed by a woman, I am sure she will be back! Woman power!
When it comes to the title, I hope they change it to someone like Wonder Woman: The Golden Lasso!
